“Lovely staff who helped me last Friday. The 2 brothers were very knowledgable and advised me what I would need for my tiles as well as calculate the total square meter of tiles for me. A great store for tiles as there is a variety of tiles ranging from natural stone to mosaics, if you haven’t been to a Topps Tiles this is the store to go to. The staff are kind and very helpful and the store stocks a lot of tiles compared to a few other Topps Tiles I’ve been to. Thank Topps Tiles in Acton! “Went into Dreams store looking for new beds and mattress on Saturday and was served by the friendly Elyas. He took his time finding out what I was looking for and introduced me to the classic divan bed which offers either 2 or 4 drawers options and great colours options. He then proceeded to get me to try the sleepmotion mattress analyser which helps to determine what mattress is the most ideal for me based on my sleeping positions, weight and pressure points. He showed me all the options within my budget and let me wander around the store without rushing me into purchasing, and even gave me a pillow to try alongside all the mattresses. I then asked for firm mattress options for my parents and he gave good suggestions.I am really impressed by the customer services and the options offered at Dreams that I ended up re-visiting the store today, which again I was served by Elyas as well as his manager Mustafa. I was offered coffee and they were able to accomodate all my needs by arranging a delivery at the time I want. They even suggested good pillows and duvets to go with my purchase which are half price when I buy alongside mattresses. I left my store fully satisfied by the high quality of service and the helpfulness of the staff in Dreams Acton! Highly recommended to everyone looking for new beds and mattresses!”
