Great friendly staff with great service. I will always recommend. They do get busy which is understandable I usually visit when it?s quiet. Kim is very helpful, she has been so helpful helping me find the right frames that suit me and this is not the first time. Kim is the best! Thank you!

I am so grateful to Specsavers for seeing me so quickly and without an appointment when I had something in my eye. Despite my best efforts I couldn't shift it and it became embedded in my eyelid. The optician managed to get the offending bit of grit out - the relief was instant! He also gave me some drops to help heal the wound. Excellent service all round.

A couple of weeks ago I had an appointment at Specsavers in Acton.It was my first time ever in a SpecSavers and this was a great first impression!From the young gentleman that greeted me at the beginning and end of my visit (he helped me choose my new beautiful glasses), to the two ladies that tested my vision, thank you!I was provided with a turn around time of 2 weeks and my glasses were ready in around 5-8 days.I'm really pleased with the average quality/cost and my 2 pair of new glasses are great.Highly recommend 10/10 ??

Welcoming shop with nice staff members that deal with requests fast. The eye doctor was very nice too and professional. They explained everything very well and the choice of glasses and discounts is great

Love this specsavers! Staff are always so lovely here. Especially on a Sunday, there are two lovely ladies who are always so helpful. 100% would reccomend this branch of specsavers.

Good service, adequate range of glasses, great optician and contact lenses checks. Glasses were 5 days later than promised, which meant I wasn?t able to take them to hospital where I needed them. Otherwise, all pretty adequate.

I went here for the first time to get an Eye test and to get new glasses.The Optometrist (Soneji), was informative and very thorough when examining my eye health. The staff was lovely. I forgot his name but he was super helpful with choosing the right glasses frames for me and was also transparent with the prices.Specsavers have good prices anyways but I had a good experience with this place in particular. Will definitely come back here!Thank you very much!

Very good customer service, very quick, short wait to be in the hand of the specialist for eye test. Lovely lady afterwards to help you choose your frame and the "2 in 1" (you buy 2, you get one free), for frames and lenses, made it even more attractive. I did save a huge amount of money ? ? ? ? with the formula buy 2 get 1 free !!! Highly recommend. Very friendly atmosphere and staff very customer service orientated

I was here today having an eye test (well overdue). I decided to use Spec Savers Acton this time as my Mum has been using their services for years and they have always been so helpful. I would like to thank all the staff especially Kim and Janki for being so kind and helpful today and giving me the time I needed. Everyone is very friendly.
