The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location opens onto a highway and is not close to service centers. The reception staff are very excellent in

We have read a few reviews and felt a little apprehensive about staying at this Travelodge but it was honestly a very good experience. We were a family of 4 and the room was clean and more than adequate. The staff were all amazing and helpful. With a huge array of food amenities across the road and the underground within walking the location was super. This place is well worth staying at.

Great service from all staff members and especially manager Deepak. Room was immaculate and had a modern and stylish design, the lovely dark blue painted walls really helped me get a good nights sleep. Bit of noise comes from the nearby main road and train tracks but it hardly affected my experience. Would definitely stay again ?

The Travelodge London Park Royal is located in a convenient area, good connected to the city of London and to London Heathrow. Next to the Hotel you find a M&S food market. Our room was large and clean and it had everything you need.

Although the interior design is nice, there is no air conditioning nor air ventilation in the bathroom, so the refurbishment missed these 2 important points. There is no bathmat, noisy neighbours (you can hear the steps above you).

Very well located for all the meetings and business stuff I have. Customer service upon checking in was excellent, the receptionists were able to answer all the questions I had. Room was very clean and looked modern and stylish.

The first room we were put in was very hot. The heat was unbearable, the temperature was over 32 degrees and we couldn?t sleep in the night. Next day, we moved to another room was cooler. Staff was very helpful and room was nice and clean.

I feel the room was not fit for human habitation. The heat was unbearable - well over 35 degrees - and because of the ludicrous policy of limiting the opening of windows, no adequate way of dealing with it. There was no possible way of sleeping in these conditions even with a fan blasting air around. If I had been younger I?d have seriously considered sleeping in the carpark. I not only didn?t sleep a wink, come the morning, I had developed a very unpleasant, sore throat from breathing such hot air all night. It should be illegal to provide accommodation that fails so spectacularly to provide a safe, tolerable environment. If this were a school or office, it would be. Absolutely outrageous.

First room we were put in was unbearably hot and tv did not work. When moved to another room the next day was cooler and with a working tv. First night though was dreadful, we had a full day planned on the Saturday and we?re all too tired and grumpy to fully enjoy everything from a rubbish sleep

In terms of room quality, it'll do. Clean, bed is comfortable. DOES back on to a Shisha lounge that runs awful music until 2AM, AND a train line, AND a bunch of roadworks that apparently go all through the night, but this isn't the fault of the staff. On the topic of staff, special mention to Shah who showed incredible above and beyond customer service to get us checked in and looked after. 10/10 for him.

We had a good sleep. Our room was clean and lovely. Staff were very nice.Cad park is around £7 for 24 hoursYou need to take 2 buses to go to Oxford street.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP.Hotel are fully aware of the Shisha lounge pumping music out until 2-3am yet still charge through the nose knowing full well people can't sleep. We got earplugs from reception yet could still hear it. We were then woken by a dripping bath at half 7 in the morning. As soon as people started using their shower, ours started to drip very loudly. So we paid over £200 for 3 hours sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. You get what you pay for. I think the family room is a little on the small side compared to the family at other locations. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.
