The driver told that he had no place in his truck, although he just off-loaded our delivery.I made a complaint, but the customer support, they firstly agreed to collect them but no-one turned up.When I complained again they replied the following (in another words WE DON'T CARE):We as a company do not have a policy in place to collect Used Pallets and sand bags from our customer's, our supplier branch informed collection would take place when they are in the area as a goodwill gesture.By all means if you are able to return them to a local branch, we will of course send them to our recycle centre to be disposed of.Alternatively please take them to your local Environment waste centre to be disposed of.Customer Relations Team | Travis Perkins |Just to update on this. There was a positive change! The pallets and bags were collected. It looks like now they have a policy. Well done!”
