Went to this shop to buy a new phone with contract. I did not have my passport with me but I got my BRP card, they said that its only passport that they can accept to open a new line. So I need to run back home to grab my passport, before leaving the store to get my passport the lady who assisted me that the phone I wanted is available at that time. But she did not even asked me what phone I want or how much the memory of the phone I need. Then, I came back to the store from home with my passport, signed the new contract and they were giving me a phone that I did not want. They even let me signed before explaining the contract to me. Then, I left the store and was advised that the new phone will be available a day or two. 23 days later the phone is still not available and they did not even updated me, like no updated at all. Whenever I call them to their number I always get the same advises " its not our problem, you just need to wait" I tried to call customer service thinking that it may resolve the problem but was advised that since I got the phone from the store they can not do anything about it. I even called google directly to know maybe they are running low in stocks of the phone that I want but they're not. So I decided to cancel the contract but went I went back to the store to do that they were telling me that they have no "change of mind" policy and I have to pay for cancellation fee. Cancel a service that I did not even have the chance to use??

I had to go to this store today as my new EE SIM card didn't work. After speaking to the technical team I was told to go to my local branch Wood Green tell them what technical had said and they would simply replace the SIM not a chance. The guy I explained this to had to speak to I presume the manager she came over to me and said we don't just give out a SIM cards you will have to wait 3 to 5 days for one to be posted out as you did all this online. I tried to explain what technical had told me and she simply refused and walked off, I asked one of the assistant if I could use the phone to speak to technical again which she did and there was no problem I explained everything again to technical team he then spoke to the assistant who immediately set up a new SIM card for me without any problems. This person should be fired as she does not have the skills to speak to customers seeking help or manage a store. Unfortunately 1 is the lowest score I can give, I would give a minus 10 if possible

Is the worst company they only want to make money. They never help you and they never inform you properly. I have a contract two numbers and two phone. My first contact with my one phone is done, and the second I still have 3 months left. And they charge me from £65 to £87 because my first contract number and phone is Finnish! Never again to EE!!!

You need to reconsider your idea of being well. I'm sorry, but the experience you gave me does not go beyond these thoughts.

This place has been given to hands of kids. No respect. Customer left to wait for no reason. You make eye contact so they can see you?re waiting. But still you get ignored and felt unwelcome. Honestly don?t go to this place. Please put some adults or some grown ups who shows respect. If I can I won?t put that one star ??

staffs are helpful but can't say the same for manager. got an iphone but took the one-off payment twice by accident. visited 3 times the shop, they said \\\"next week\\\" everytime. finally got my refund from ee customer helpline.

Store closes 5 minutes before 6pm, not at 6pm. Went with incorrect id to request sim, had to go back home to get passport for ID, came back store is shut.
