Eventually the phone was awnsered, quoted £20 to adjust a watch strap,got it done for less than £10,what a rip off.After speaking to customer services,they wernt interested in my criticism of the rip off £20 charge for a simple strap adjustment, got in done for £5 in wood green mall.wont be using h samual again
