Dispicable customer service, June 12, 2021 arrived at this branch to use the ATM inside. I was met at the door by a security guard with \\\"what do you want\\\", The usual greeting at most banks is \\\"how can I help you today\\\". I do wonder if any training banking or customer service is given to staff at this branch at all....with that I promptly closed my account. with Nat West a

Went to the branch to transfer some money. Waited 1h, I got the transfer and it gets blocked.\\nSpent another 1/2 hour over the phone with fraud team asking me if I really want to transfer my money and if the branch has asked me for ID.\\nAbsolutely insane!!!

Every time when I have to go to this branch I stay there for at lease 40 minutes. I donâ??t understand why thereâ??s only two people on shift and one of them canâ??t help anyone.
