Manager had an absolutely disgusting attitude towards me and my friends. She was so miserable and was talking down to us, watching us between the rails like we were doing something wrong. Choose any other Select store in London just not this one. By the looks of her she should have been gone a long time ago. There?s a way of speaking to people but she obviously had no home training

My bag was stolen 2 days ago in this shop and the staff was very unhelpful, I had to ask them several times to call the police as my phone was in the bag as well. Their respond was only that they wouldn't call because the police won't do anything and anyway they don't have a working CCTV. Finally they got me a landline, but they seemed to care very little, and acted like it was just normal for a bag being stolen in their shop. Not going to go back in any of their stores at all.
