Store has never opened on time.It states clearly in the window open from 7am to 11pm, I?ve been here since 7 and it has not opened at all.This has happened several times and it is very, very annoying and misleading.Both online and physically is says that the store opens up at 7 but hasn?t for the past few yearsPlease fix this branch

I am only this store a 1 star so that I can write this review. I am also writing to Tesco head office. Please Tesco, do something about this store. Stop sending parcel for click and collect as well because you will not get your parcel as there is nothing you can do about it. It's never on their system even when you've been to the shop to buy products they are not well presented. Staffs are rude. I spoke to the manager and he was the same hence why, the staffs are led by someone who is not a role model. This store is giving Tesco a bad name.

Please can you get this fake homeless guy from the front of your shop, I don't feel like going there anymore because he always there everyday. This is wood green and Tottenham we are not rich people, I also seen this guy eating in chip shop at wood green station, go to crouch end if you want money from people

Rude staff and security guard. My husband tried to collect his package which he got a notification was delivered the day before, and they said ?it?s not showing up in the system? so they cannot help, he offered to show them his phone where it said delivered, and they said no doesn?t matter it?s not on our system. The security guard then told the man serving ?just serve the next customer?, completely brushing us off and being rude. Ghetto behaviour.

can't believe how badly managed and disorganised this tesco is. Frequently not open when its supposed to be (apparently card machine down) but workers let it slip its because they had a delivery. Today they didn't accept cash for some reason, card only?? constantly restocking throughout the day, staff unhelpful, security guards annoying also, will be walking to morrisons even though this tesco is next to my house

Word of advice please do not use this shop as your chosen collection point - so much hassle. Delivered Monday didn?t get it till Friday. Thanking the man who was working this morning who actually went to the back and looked for my parcel instead of going by what had been booked in on the screen as my name was not showing. I was spoken to very rudely on Wednesday by another man here about the situation which was not appreciated.

The store is never open at the time,on the front door says from 7 am but is very rare or almost never open this time. All service is very poor and unpolite (management,till service and security guy).I think most of the customer don't have much choice which schops around ,but if u can avoid do is so.

Be aware people they trying to charge you what you don't buy and also staff not paying attention on their work alway a problem in this tesco.Just be very carefull ask for recipt.

Branch should be closed down for its poor level of customer service, rude staff and unhygienic bakery conditions - most times a clean set of tongs is not even available at the bakery.

I just wanted to correct an incident mentioned in one I?ve the reviews. It?s not the full story. I?m a neighbour of this store and this store had given me no problems and great staff here. @@0o0o0123I, I was there waiting for my parcel when this happened and I saw everything. You didn?t mention that you didn?t bring the faulty item just the package and had no receipt either. Anyone can go to any place saying a product is faulty without any receipt. Arun was a polite manager who said he?s willing to give you a refund if the faulty item was brought to the store. This is why you can?t take the reviews at face value. He?s one of kindest and polite staff I have seen work here like the others.
