The service in here is so bad and the staff are extremely rude. I was trying to explain to a member of staff what I wanted and he just kept saying ?money first, money first? without even looking at me or listening. This is the last time I will ever use this store

Staff in here are so rude and unhelpful! It?s happened on multiple occasions, they refuse certain services for absolutely no reason if they take too long to process and they can?t be bothered - and their hot food items give people food poisoning!

A bit pricey for some items but decent choice of produce to purchase and I would say its generally clean. The shop is open from 6 or 7am until about 2 or 3 in the morning. Also British Gas is available to purchase for card or key. Coffee machine and pasty oven with food for offer.

I wanted to send products via hermes, I had a label that needs to get printed but I couldnt printed out because there was no printer at home, so when I looked at the nearest place to print and send it off the costcutter came out, but they did not print the label and they said we cannot do it they did not want to deal with me , they were very indifferent I begged but they did not help me, they said go to different shop they will help you , they had a printer but they didn't print the label for me , I'm going to complain and say everything to Hermes!! I will never even pass this shop again!! Such a bad service they are giving. Also I didn't had any internet on my phone i asked them for wifi password they didn't gave it to me like I'm going to use their wifi forever!!!

Absolute rip off store they make up their own prices specially with beer at least 20p more expensive per can than any other shop near by they also charge for plastic bags which i though was illegal for a store with less than 60 employees steer clear of this store

Lovely shop lovely shop owners I even turned to my partner and said so - could tell they were nice people - good vibe in store - very clean and were very helpful when it came to dropping off my hermes parcel -- 1st time I used a hermes drop off point to make a return - had some complications with my second package/label and they were very patient and attentive with me - which is appreciated considering I'm heavily pregnant so I managed to stay calm :P

Best Costcutter in SE20 and Around. The family/friends that owns it are very hardworking people and they never stopped a day during lockdown and they were always the ones closing late. Giving the chance to people like me (vampires) to get something to drink or eat late. They have been my lockdown highlights now I go everyday anyway !! Before lockdown I have been there 1 in 4 years ?? Let's go back to the local shops!!! Ciao ;)
