Popped into superdrug ( Penge )I basically asked a simple question about no one picking up the phone when customers call the branch to make a general enquiry, and i was taken back by the aggressive response i received from a staff member by the name of Dean.Definitely needs to be trained on customer serviceHorrible attitude.

This is review for disgusting staff of Superdrug Penge because they don?t appropriate information to customer as they don?t have coordination one staff is giving different information about piercing when I go with my daughter for piercing she denies to do it don?t no why as the information given to me before was false need to improve the staff and coordination and communication between them ?????????

Terrible staff. It is quite funny they think you would steal lol for looking. They should catch the real thieves not the ones who have a paid job.3 staff are extremely unpleasant and should not be working there. HR needs to be checking in with them.

Last time I bought something here. Casier smiling to You and at the same time cheating You with premeditation. Casier lady first scanned all products and later put "all" in to bag and "forgot" put expensivest product! You should shame!

Superdrug, although with current climate alot of goods more expensive. Enjoy shopping here, staff friendly and a wide variety of choice.

Nice little store in the heart of penge. All your health and beauty products available in store. It's well stocked including a great range of perfumes and aftershaves for brilliant prices. Staff are polite and friendly and the store is always clean. No parking available but parking near by does not make this an issue

Walked in this morning to buy some perfumes and as soon as a walk in the shop there's this worker behind the till shouting over her headset, I approach the counter and she wouldn't even aknoledge me, so I walked around to see if there's anybody else in the shop who might be interested in serving customers, however it didn't, so she finally noticed me and she asks ' darling are you alright' and I answer, a bit annoyed ' yes I'd like to buy some perfumes' and instantly she goes all quite and whispers In her headset ' there's this customer who's making a big deal .... etc , haven't heard what else she said as at that point i walked out the shop ... shocking
