I was shopping at this branch on Wednesday. I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. I asked a supervisor if I could ask her a question as she was in deep conversation with another Tesco worker. She was extremely rude and aggressive. She also did not want to give her name but after some discussion did give it. I note that Tesco has signs regarding how customers need to treat their staff but unfortunately, they do not have the same standards when it comes to staff speaking to customers. I have to say generally nearly all the staff are extremely polite. I phoned Tesco head office and was advised a manager would call me but unsurprisingly no call. I dont tihnk Tesco seem to appreciate there is a lot of competition so, therefore, they need to look at their customer care more. I am using Ocado more as they price match Tesco on 1,000?s products so they need to understand the climate they are operating in has changed significantly.

Ok, but for some reason have reduced parking spaces down to less than half of what there used to be. No longer convenient.

It's always dirty in there and not a great selection of stock. They really need to mop the floors frequently, it's terrible sometimes. This stain was still there on the 2nd day.

Small but has all basics. Always well stocked, and clean. Polite staff. Carpark is tiny though.

I have just been threatened by someone for parking my car in your carpark prior to entering the shop, I was asked to punch my car registration details into the cash machine otherwise I face a fine of £190 - I decided to leave but was told I would be fined, this seems to be a huge scam by someone maybe Tesco, maybe IP Parking but I'm spreading the word
