I?ve never met such a rude unpleasant women that?s in customer service.(The lady working behind the Till)I?ve been to this petrol station serval times to collect my parcel and she?s always so rude and obnoxious. Very vile lady. Even when you say hello to her she?s stares at you with a blank stare and continues to chew her gum.I?ve now decided to collect my parcels from elsewhere.

avoid this place!!! I went to wash my van and after a week I received a penalty charge of £100 from euro car parks because I stood in queue for 45 minutes, and because I paid cash I had no way to prove it, and the staff at the time of payment did not enter my registration plate into the system. Also is no way to contact euro car parks with calls or chat!! only with appeals but it is not even read!! is directly rejected!!the website doesn't provide a way to respond to your response, so I'll edit the post.Very rude and useless customer service, I just called them and I?ve tried to explain the situation but they shout me down immediately, the lady on the phone did not even listen to what I had to say as I was trying to explain that I received a penalty charge from euro car parks because I waited in the queue for 45 min to use the car wash and my registration number had not been entered in the system from the staff. The lady told me is my responsibility to let the petrol station know if takes more than 30 mins but for safety reason that is a rule which says I can?t leave the vehicle unattended for any reason at all. Also I?ve been told that I had to enter the registration number in the system myself and yet again the tablet was behind the counter. If you want to leave the queue is also impossible ?cause the road is so narrow that you can?t turn. Anyway I?ve tried to explain all of these things and I?ve been shut down. Completely rude, this is not how a customer service should operate.

The most obnoxious and rude lady works behind the till. I have never met anyone so vile in my entire life. Every time I have gone into collect my parcel she tells me it isn?t there despite myself having proof from yodel and a collection code. She stands there chewing gum while staring at you blankly until you leave. A brick wall would be more help than her.Absolutely shocking she shouldn?t be allowed to work customer facing as she clearly has 0 people skills

Very nice, hardly ever a queue inside, pleasant service, spacious garage, food available inside shop. 30 minutes parking limit.

I have just received a penalty notice for overstaying which is ridiculous the queue was long about 4 cars in front plus I used the vacuum . Apparently this took me over the limit and I am being charged £100

I'm a regular customer because I live locally. I have a membership with BP as a taxi driver I use the wash facility as well as petrol. I noticed that every time I washed the car, it is not done properly no matter what program you use and I have to dry it manually. I have spoken to the manager and point out the issue to him that's not the 1st time that this has happened in this petrol station. No apology whatsoever or offer to redo the wash. He just said he will call the engineer to fix it. That's not good enough. This BP station needs entire staff renewed not only the place. I advise anyone to check their cars after the wash and make an official complaint if not washed properly. This will at least stop them from ripping you off.

Really convenient petrol station with a well-stocked shop which has everyday from drinks, sweets and snacks to engine oil, screenwash and lottery.

No prejudice involved as I'm from same nationalityVv rude stuff like close family they even discuss personal issues. Rude to customers one member is v v slow there English is v bad when you tell them u can't understand they thing UR being racist.Coming from the same country I can't even understand there English.It's like customers are doing them the favor night shift are especially lazy never there banging on window yet either don't bother or when they do show up obviously disturbing there rest . . Never smile.horrible service I only go because it's the only place open at night.

I carried 5 boxes in to return via 'collect +' this afternoon and the men at the til said they no longer return asos deliveries with this company even though 'collect +' and 'asos returns' lists this bp as a returns site. Had to carry them all out again and go elsewhere.
