Very friendly and pleasant family run post office. Always service on point with a good attitude. I much prefer this post office to the one on seven sisters road although it?s small but I usually go during quiet periods if I end up here (I?m usually too lazy to walk up) and the other post office is more convenient in terms of going shopping in the local area after. But you never know what attitude you face at the bigger branch. If you want to be treated with respect and with the expected customer service then I say walk up a little to this branch rather then accept the bad attitude from the staff at seven sisters road branch.

Almost every time I come here to collect a parcel (I live nearby), ladies behind the counter are trying to convince me that my parcel was delivered to other post office. Only after I insist, they are looking for my parcel and guess what? Every time it magically appears to be in their storage space. Don?t understand what?s the point, isn?t it just easier to check first? So unprofessional, I will not be using services of this particular post office. Such situations really spoil the image of Royal Mail.

Lovely friendly family run Post Office that I have been using for years. Very helpful, I have a online shop so I use this post office regularly. Many post offices have had to close during the pandemic at times and this post office had a written sign on the door advising of a weekly change at one point which was helpful.

Terrible customer service, rude and unprofessional, shop is dirty inside, dust everywhere, gone off products still on shelves. Never know when it?s open or closed. Bad covid guidelines. Over priced and altogether a nasty shop. Will never be attending again and will be spreading the word. The woman who serves is disrespectful to customers. Don?t even deserve 1 star

Very bad service. Sometime is open other times is close when it supposed to he open. The lady did not help at all, makes my life difficult. I could not return parcels i wanted. The only suggestion was I could buy some items from the off license that it is her husband. Never again.
