“thank you to the kind staff for patiently answering my queries and giving me a discount on some boots. i came in last week and asked about the brand and why the price was quite high. the volunteer took time to do research for me (he was a middle aged man with an accent, sorry i do not know where from ?). then another volunteer (a young man with an american accent) gave me the discount when we discovered where the shoes were from. thank you so much for it! i’m in love with my new boots!!!”

“I've bought clothes here and tried them on and it's been all good. I'm leaving this review specifically for the young guy working on 21st July this year. I went in with an emergency, it was my wedding day and I took my suit jacket out only to realise that the store I bought it from (which wasn't TK Maxx by the way) had left the security tag in. TK Maxx is the nearest store to my house so I went in to see if they could remove it. The guy saw me in the queue and mentioned that I looked like I was in a rush and asked if everything was OK. I explained my issue and without hesitating he removed the tag, told me it was a nice suit and sent me on my way with his congratulations. Having been a little worried he'd tell me to show a receipt or send me to the shop I got the suit from it was a massive relief. Great customer service.”
