Best Costa customer service I’ve ever experienced! I ordered an oat flat white (typically 8oz) in a 12oz cup, and the barista filled the entire cup so it was essentially a latte. The staff here are amazing and always have time (if you do) for a friendly chat or to help you out in any way they can.
