The staff at this Nando?s are appalling! Unprofessional and no customer service skills at all. They were eating at the counter, chewing while taking our order. I had to go to the counter to remind them we hadn?t received our drinks after receiving our starters. Our food arrived after 45mins after I had to ask there it was as clearly they had forgotten as well as the table next to us. I asked to speak to the manager what a joke?he didn?t even apologise and offered us dessert I asked for a refund instead and he didn?t even bother coming back. The staff need some training on how to so their job as they are were joking around and from a customer you don?t act like that during work hours when it?s busy. The restaurant isn?t very clean either.

I?m not sure if this is the right location. I didn?t realize there were so many close to where we were staying. But I?m sure my comments hold true for all.Last evening, our family of six ventured to Nando's for the first time, and it was an absolute delight. Accompanied by my nephew and niece, the experience was memorable from start to finish.Upon arrival, the unique ordering system caught our attention - a simple scan of the QR code. Your order is placed, leaving you to eagerly anticipate the arrival of your meal. It's worth noting that you'll need to collect utensils and napkins from the central area, adding a touch of interactive charm to the dining experience.Once our food arrived, we were all thoroughly impressed. Opting for a meal for two, the portions were generous and the flavors were exquisite. However, the true highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the dessert. A decadent chocolate soft cake, served warm and accompanied by velvety ice cream, left us all craving for more.The service was exemplary - swift, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth. Each staff member wore a smile, enhancing the overall atmosphere of hospitality.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Nando's for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience with family and friends. Located conveniently close to our Airbnb, I suggest either a leisurely stroll or a short ride on the underground, just a block or two away.Overall, our experience at Nando's was nothing short of exceptional, and I'm confident it will be the highlight of your group's culinary adventures as well.

Had to wait an hour for our food then when asked how long it would be we got told by the manager/FOH they would look into it and nothing happen. Then went up again and asked a member of staff, told them that we had been waiting an hour they told us two minutes and then our food came. No one offered us anything in return for the inconvenience. Not happy.

Incredible service from Sherry who was extremely patient with me after I had accidentally submitted the wrong collection time, twice! He kindly understood and made a fresh order when I arrived. 5 stars! I?ll be back for sure thanks

Manager with grey hoodie refused to serve me at the til and told me to do it though QR code which he said is because no one was at the til but the served the people behind me at the til. Just rude and totally unprofessional. Other employees were all nice apart from him. This is disappointing Nando's

Had the same poor experience as the review below. Terrible service refusing customers to sit in at 9:25pm when the advertised closing time is 10pm. It?s understandable if it?s 10-15 prior to closing. Staff had little regard that we had driven from a distance because the store is one of very few halal in the locality. And were simply more concerned with leaving at 10pm themselves.

Terrible service, went in at 9:25pm refused ear in as staff apparently want to leave the store by 10pm. Advised if that is the case website should be updated to advise no eat in after 9:25pm, much earlier than the advertised 10pm time. Manager and staff impolite and of very little help. Apparently, they are unable or unwilling to raise this with senior staff or head office, even though they advised that they often turn away customers for eat-in, but 'no one else complains'! Go Tooting or Croydon instead, much better service.

Our Nando's experience was truly positive, with Simon's genuine attentiveness making a significant difference. His exceptional service, paired with delicious food, left us delighted with our choice. Not only did Simon promptly and politely resolve a minor order issue, but his recommendation of the smokey sauce added a flavorful touch to our meal.What stood out was Simon's genuine care not just for our table but also his attentive service to others. The rest of the staff also ensured everything was fine. We'll be revisiting this Nando's and highly recommend it for its overall excellent service and dining experience.
