Wanted some stamps and envelopes. Very long queue to the po counter. Bought the envelopes from the shop, then gave up waiting. Went ba k to ask for a receipt for my envelopes. The guy on the counter did not seem to understand the concept and when he tried to phone a friend I gave up.

Very rude staff in particular a lady who refuse to help me and do her job. She also told me to don't come back there anymore. I couldn't believe she was treating me like that.

The supervisor was extremely helpful and polite she gave solid advice and assisted me well.
