Good value, quick and with staff that respect you and your car!I normally clean my car myself, but if I'm in a rush I don't hesitate to come here to get my car clean!

Had my car washed here and they have put a deep 2/3 inch scratch across the passenger window of my car. I heard the men talking before I left about how the wrong cloth had been used on my windows and how they were not to use these cloths as 'that can happen' referring to the damage on my window, which I didnt see until I left site. They didnt tell me about the damage and let me leave knowing they had damaged my car. Emailed IMO, they dont want to know, said I need to return to site and confront them about this to fill out a 'form' that can only be done in person and although it is branded IMO it is a self employed business. This is very intimidating as a woman on my own and seems a ridiculous and out of date way of doing things. I have timestamped photgraphs and receipt of payment. Been trying to call since Sunday, with no answer to the phone at all. Avoid.

One brush had failed but it still did the job, car came out clean ready for my trip.Staff always friendly at least to me.

Very busy, but quick. If you want quick and cheap wash, then definitely best place in town.

This is my second IMO car wash branch I've ever been to and I found it to be better than the one in gallion reach shopping centre.

I usked for a basic was £3.50 but the employee pressure me for buying upper was but i refused when I refused the employees was very rude and abused me infront of everyone very loudly and warned me to never come again i was one of the truest customers of them who used they services every week but today I feel like call the police

Really bad car wash. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My car windows and wing mirrors were left dirty, and even so many spots around the car had dirty marks.

Quick wash service. Not sure about under car wash as I saw no floor jets and yet you pay for it!
