Its pretty quick service and place itself is not too bad. The area ain't great which affect the atmosphere. Plenty of other chicken places around so think twice before you choose one.Parking: Nearest parking I'd recommend is the shopping centre opposite or at ASDA

Just a rubbish store it is !! Should get zero. Ordered some food 40 mints ago took 20 mints to come !! Came home to see my popcorn chiken is missing! Now they don't pick up phn !? . My order no is 5078 , I want a refund!!!!???

What a poor service! Only the cashier who took the order was bit smiley and patient. Rest all provide very poor service. Among food, one burger was missing. Especially food quality unbelievably bad. Burgers bun was stone rock hard. Mayonnaise was tiny drop in the burger also the salad. Wings was outside oily where inside very very dry. Even the mini rap was dried. Ridiculously priced with the food quality. Sorry to say.

There were 2 girls on the counter and I was waiting to place an order for about 5-7 min. No one asked me if I wanted to place an order. Then a guy came from inside. It took me 5 min to explain what I wanted but he still could not undertand 3 simple words that I need 2 times tower box meal as he could not speak English at all. The attitude of all the staff is really bad and they are not helpful at all. When I cinplained about bad customer service, they just ignored me. not a good place to dine in at all. The food was also not made properly. The fries were dense and taste of chicken was not like it should be. This guys are bringing down name of KFC.

Quality is lovely, but the restaurant itself looks like an active warzone. Staff acts like customers have invisibility coats on, there IS no customer service at this place.

Better for me to order at the counter. I decided to order from the machine. When I did this my order was one of the last to get called even though my meal was already ready. I think it might be because I had 2 glasses to wear and didn't always wear them. These social interactive disorders affects my life and everywhere I go there's a tonoi.

KFC in Barking...Avoid this KFC at any cost, Staff here is so rude can't even describe. Asian Girls who work here are very very Rude, I have noticed when any Different race origin customer comes they talk about them so rude in there own language this is not appropriate at all. Manager stands there and joins in the conversation instead of stopping them talking in there own Language.I even saw the way they look at the customers like they are are over there to get free food from them, Girls have bit of respect for your customers.KFC Head office need to look into this..I will be sending email to KFC, reporting them.

Staff are not at all trained to work efficiently. This leaves everyone frustrated. Most of the staff ive interacted with across multiple occasions have been absolutely rude.

Ordered eat in, food was presented in a bag with no napkins, or utensils. Fries were soggy and too salty - huge disappointment. KFC fries used to be always nice. Definitely not coming back.

Had been there multiple times. As a customer what I felt is everyone is frustrated and doesn?t even want to work there. The tables are not clean, the service is rude. Need to work a lot.
