Service with a chip on my shoulder! Is the manager beating up the staff in this branch! There?s a member of staff who has a chip on her shoulder! I waited in the queue to pay 2 bills, got to the cashier where it had a sign on the counter glass?Cash Transactions?. It was ok to pay a bill of a couple of hundred when it came to the big one which was £5.8k, sorry that?s over my limit. Pay the money into the machine, and then the customer service desk with transfer the money for the bill, I then had to queue at the machine to deposit the money! I proceeded to pay in the money into the ?Immediate deposit machine? this I had to do 6 times as it only takes 50 notes at a time, the second machine was not working! So I had a queue behind me of 5 customers by now! After paying in my money, I then went over to the customer service desk and waited, I did not want to sit down at this point as I had already been in the branch for over 55 minutes! It was just before 5pm closing time, and I was now in a queue for the third time! Do you think I wanted to sit down, NO! The customer service advisor just walked off after helping a customer and directed me to her colleague who was serving another customer, This annoyed me as I was directed to her twice by the other staff! She looked like she had been beaten up and obviously did not want to be there, it was now after 5pm! I sat down and waited, In the meantime I was logging into my Banking app and paying off my credit card and transferring my money to another bank and wanted to pay this bill and close my account also, the service was unbelievably poor and the staff were all Jobsworths! I felt like I was being discriminated against because I wanted to pay my bill with guess what my money, cash, Needless to say the customer service advisor returned (the beaten up one) and now decided to deal with me after walking away! Now all I wanted to do was to pay a bill, she made it as difficult as she could, after-all it was after 5pm closing time! I gave her my New driving licence and both my debit and credit card! She started to ask me for the third degree, I was not being forced by anyone outside or online to transfer money here there and everywhere, I was not interested in what her questions were, by this time I was already greatly annoyed after queuing up three times! The questions she was asking were not relevant and she kept on asking and reading from her script! I only went in to pay 2x bills! She refused to deal with me and I left, it was home time for her anyway! Such poor service, I will write in to their Head office with my complaint! Balance is ?0? they can have both my cards back and a DNA and Blood sample if they want, so I can close my account! Phew, service non existent! Just robots looking at what time they can get out!

There is only ever one person working on the cashier. The machine outside is prone to theft. The manager encouraged me to use the self service deposit machine although there was a long que. I believe this was because she wanted less people in the line for the cashier behind the desk. It makes no sense as to why she couldn?t just jump on the desk aswell instead of telling people to move around and wait longer. Always poor service.

Terrible experience at Barking bank branch. Staff clueless about investments & savings. Rude and unhelpful employees one young one experienced, one even tried to rush me. Central Lloyds Bank, investigate!

Very Bad Experience had my wife with them, specially with Polish lady wich was rude and the same time arrogant.Had a small problem which she didn't sort it out twice. Poor service, wasting time!!!
