I had to transfer a large amount of money from a Nationwide account. I was nervous regarding such a large transfer and called the Barking branch yesterday to talk it through. I spoke to Imran, who reassured me and talked me through the process. I went into the branch this morning. Imran was there and immediately remembered our conversation.\\nHe processed the payment, talking me through every step - and checked and rechecked the details. Everything went smoothly. I'd like to thank Imran - he's a credit to your company.
