The most useless reception team ever, can?t even book an appointment propery. Booked an appointment in 3 weeks time which is ridiculous only to find out on the day it wasnt even booked. How these people get hired is beyond me, even primary school children could do better. Waste of time and energy

For a few years I had chronic muscle knots, the pain was unbearable at times I had to take time off from work. Dr's in Leyton told me it was muscle knots that I need physio therapy and to exercise that there was nothing that they could do. Since moving, I joined ripple road medical center and happened to encounter Dr Dee. What a life changer. He immediately diagnosed the problem an underlying thyroid issue and so it was. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the medical center for having such a wonderful and knowledgeable Dr in their practice. Thank you Dr Dee! God Bless!

Booked an appointment after 2 weeks and was 4 minutes late. Dr cali refuses to see me. She refuses to see me before cancellation time period which is 10 minutes. And receptionist knows nothing. There is a loving queue in reception. If you have appointment you will waste 20minutes in the queue to inform them that you are here. Pathetic

The surgery is good, they do see paediatric patients urgently and they are very good like that. But unfortunately the nurse is very rude, grumpy and literally blanked me when I was asking her questions. She didn?t want to answer or speak. Doesn?t make eye contact, she?s got a don?t care type of attitude. It?s a shame

Requested for next Dr appointment was booked with APN nurse, which is not a problem.Had a nurse appoitment for the afternoon, and I did not know it was schedule with the same person who I spoke to in the morning and instead of the person doing the bloods in the morning said will be dealt with in the afternoon by a nurse, just for the call to be ?did not attend?Had to reschedule another appointment, not a good service!

Phone appointment booked for 10am, they called me at 11am so I missed the appointment. They didn't rebook either but rather unhelpfully left a voicemail for me to phone reception. I raised this with the surgery and they requested the doctor to call me, but the doctor didn't call me. Awful surgery.

I want to give a big (late) shout to Shelly who did a tremendous job in helping me with my BP tablets. She is an asset to the surgery and whenever I've spoken to her, she is always very friendly and professional. Well done Shelly.

Worst surgery ever. Attitude of the receptionists stinks. Name VAL. Hangs up the phone the minute someone tries to question their policy. Don?t know why gps are even open if they constantly keep not being able to see their own patients. Everything is call 111. Even 111 are fed up of them referring patients. Some medical practises shouldn?t even be open. Taking money from the government just for fun.

Giving appointments but never seen on time. Always waiting around 40 min min till bee seen. I think doctors think that they are quens and people should waist there time in queue to see them . Disgusting and unacceptable. We are busy with plans for days. And ruin our plans just to wait it is not normal.Any chance to change it???

Great surgery! I have always been well attended to, cared for and treated with respect. From the reception, you get the feeling you are in good hands. The Nurse is always helpful and courteous. The GP's take time to listen to my issues and deal with each one thoroughly. Well recommended by me!!!

If you value your health, steer clear of Ripple Road Medical Centre. The service and duty of care are below standard.I've been registered with this practice for a little over six years now, after moving from Camberwell. I immediately noticed a huge difference in service but decided to give it a go since, I considered myself to be healthy. Why would I need to bother the GP, I asked myself? Unfortunately, as time went by, I developed a few complications which I made a point to report to the GP when I noticed that I wasn't getting better.Now, this is where issues started.First of all, getting through to the receptionist is a nightmare. The ladies are somewhat abrupt and it seems like they just can't wait to kick you off the phone. They promise to get back to you, to no avail and you'd have to phone back in to chase the updates. I wonder whether these guys ever have need for medical attention as well! ?I was referred for a major scan (only got this after making relentless demands), and it got cancelled after waiting for over 3 months.Only for the GP to refer me to Medefer who it seemed was just introduced to cover their incompetence. Meanwhile, I was still hurting and bleeding too, but this didn't mean anything ?.Honestly, I could write an entire essay just to describe why I feel that this practice, their management and everything about it are appalling. In a nutshell, I can only suggest to anyone who values their health and wellbeing, to look elsewhere. Avoid this practice at all cost.
