Horrible member of staff who has no grasp of the English language. They have an obscene advert for a sex product (Viagra) in the shop window in clear view of children passing by. Not interested in acknowledging my complaint, furthermore, this staff member (North African in origin) refused to acknowledge that this advert is 'obscene', 'immoral' and 'paedophilic', considering that there is a pre-school for children directly opposite. There is another member of staff (Eastern-European), who has previously been courteous and helpful. The other one today was horrible!

Great local Pharmacy with very kind, knowledgeable and professional staff. Always high level of customer services, and always have my prescriptions in and ready. Much better level of care here then chained national pharmacies I've found.

Been there today and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist gives me more advice and over the counter medicines for my minor illness. Well done !

Prime reason I support local stores. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Even provide suggestions for over the counter medicine depending on your ailment. Very helpful in case of emergency refills.

30/10/20 - No facemarks being worn by pharmacist, pharmacist children, a workman and a delivery man who were all in the front part of the shop- The children were playing in the front part of the shop. The pharmacist when challenged spoke directly at me, in the front part of the shop, with no mask or COVID-19 protection saying she was exempt as a pharmacist. This does not appear to be the case having checked. The only person who took this seriously was the dispensing lady who wearing a facemark and was behind the screen. Given the seriousness of the COVID-19 situation now I am very disappointed in the pharmacists attitude to the safety of her customers.
