Air-cone in their very very small class room not worked for last 3 weeks! The room is small and still they put all the spinning bikes in their - dangerous health and safety issues.\\nHardly any classes on Sunday! Only reason I am still a member is I love the body pump trainer.\\nThey say they have staff from 10am - no staff their at 12pm to be seen on Saturday!\\nWould be great is someone in the place cared replied back to emails! For the price they charge is chocking how little they invest!

As for facilities, the place is nice. We have a clinically vulnerable daughter, so during lockdown, and subsequently, after lockdown, we have had to stay clear of public places. We explained this to members of the club in writing, but they continued to try and take payment from our accounts even though we were not using their facilities. They have now sold our account to a debt recovery. Their attitude is sickening, especially when the reasons were not only out of our hands, but potentially life and death.

I had a great first time experience at Anytme Fitness gym today. Varied excellent facilities and very friendly and professional staff, highly recommended!

The new refurb is amazing and the atmosphere is great inside the gym. The manager is super friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to others.

I've been a member at this gym for just over 2 years. It is always clean and the staff are friendly! I was motivated to write this review because today I saw the manager George walking around putting weights back and having a chat with customers. Which happens regularly. Great vibe at this gym!

AVOID Anytime Fitness at all costs! I used to be a member of Anytime Fitness in High Barnet, North London but I cancelled my membership in May 2020. I had fulfilled my 1 year contract so I sent them an email explaining I was cancelling and then cancelled my direct debit with my bank. I got a call a couple of days later from the club confirming my cancellation and I was confident that was the end of it and that I didn't owe any money to the gym. Then in Sept 2020 I get an email and a text saying that the club had tried to contact me several times (they had not) and that I still owed them £36 and now they had passed me onto a debt collector. They went onto write that I was unable to contact them or pay directly to them and all dealings were now with the debt collectors. Initially I felt bad for the gym so I paid a couple of months during lockdown but this wasn't appreciated so I cancelled because I was paying for a service I couldn't use and I didn't know when they would reopen again and then they have the audacity to pass my name onto the debt collectors! Its fraud and they are stealing!

Stoped by while on vacation. The gym is large with lots of equipment. Staff was very friendly. Would go back.

Great gym, not the cheapest in the neighborhood, but that's the reason is not always packed! Machines are good, it's not too stifled, and the staff is really good too!
