Terrible terrible service i genuinely do not recommend this garage to anyone, Spoke to a lady over the phone they always say someone will give you a call back which they never do! Was quoted £2500 For a gearbox change which is stupid and ridiculous everyone was ridiculousy rude in the garage!If i didnt call to chase them up i wouldnt have ben get a call to let me knowHEAVILY NOT RECOMMENED

The experience was good, starting from the thorough quote and information about the work to be done on the car. I went for some rear brake pads replacement and was also advised about the importance of replacing the sensors as well. Good call. The costs were straightforward and reasonable as well.I will definitely be using their service and expertise again.

Words cannot express just how amazing this garage and its staff are. They are everything you want to find when entrusting your car to a garage. Polite, courteous, very knowledgeable, friendly and above all great value for money without comprising on the quality of the work they do. So happy to have found them and will have no hesitation in using them in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

Excellent customer service and quick response to repair my car music system. Also after resetting the engine management system, they did not need to replace several sensors so this reduced the expected bill. Highly recommended garage, I'll always take my Merc to them for services etc.

I had a very positive experience with the garage. So pleased with the work done. I was shown the parts removed and told what had been done. Super friendly service from start to finish by everyone there. My car was fixed on the day and the price was reasonable. Although this is not my most local garage but was recommended to call them to fix it. I will be going there for all future car services. Well done Bmerc!

I had a very good experience with BMERC. My BMW developed a fault and the team kept me informed about what the cause of the fault was, how much it would be to fix and they gave a timeline when I could expect the repairs to be done. I had just bought a BMW a few days ago and the convertible roof got stuck and would not close. Bmerc were the only garage that understood British weather and an open roof don?t mix well. They saw me the next day and diagnosed the problem in less than 5 mins. They immediately returned the car to me and did not charge me. I know a lot of other mechanics would have made some sort of fault but the guys at Bmerc showed they are not only highly competent but also have the customers best interest at heart. They?ve made a new customer and I am very grateful for their service. Very friendly members of staff, would highly recommend.Service: Electrical repair
