Unhelpful and below standard service, since they are not aware of their contractual responsibilities.I visited this shop this morning, after contacting Google regarding a repair for my phone. I was told that this shop can provide walk-in same day repair for my phone, after providing all relevant information including IMEI to the Google support.However when I visited and asked them for the repair, the gentleman there told me that the information given to me by Google is wrong, they have never provided such a service and they can only do a mail-in repairs which is what I can do from home too. They told me the only way to get same day repair is to go to EE at Watford, and I still don't know what made him suggest that.I had already factory reset my phone as instructed by Google, hence it was very difficult to contact support, so I went back home. Kudos to Google for their amazing service afterwards, as they offered to send me a new phone right away. However they were also confused by the response at the store, firstly saying that they do not do the repair, and secondly to suggest that I have to travel all the way from High Barnet to Watford to get the service they should have provided.I don't know about their EE service and other products, so my review is not about that. I thought I leave the review as the very helpful assistant of the Google support told me: "You may let them know that your device was a Pixel and that they are an authorised repair partner of Google. They should have helped you and fixed your device."I hope that at least in future, they will provide proper service, and certainly not direct people to Watford!! without any good reason. I cannot imagine the cost and time it would have had for me if I had trusted them, and I am glad that I didn't.

Excellent customer service! I had gotten scammed by an airport reseller of an EE e sim. Tee helped take care of the situation and called customer service. Customer service resolved the situation and exceeded my expectations. They gave me a credit, upgraded my plan, and even offered me a bonus data add on. More than satisfied. Honestly, EE is one of the best companies out there!

Visited here today today with my son to upgrade our phones and review our contract, what a wonderful experience! Behz was outstanding! Friendly and helpful, he gave the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! 5 stars aren't enough I'd give Behz 10 stars

Every effort was made by 3 different employees on different days to change my contract for my mobile phone from BT to EE.For some reason this could not be completed as the security checks failed by not reaching my bank for clarification, although I was on the phone with the salesman listening EE would not accept this.I am sorry but I thought that BT and EE were partners.This means I will have to find another supplier for my new contract.David Richards

I had an awful experience from local ee stores and Barnet was my last attempt! You need to train all your staffs across EE the same way as this team in Barnet! They transferred all of my information with a smile! Themis team looked so happy to work for you EE, you need to appreciate them! I think it was Nas the manager who supported the staffs when I had to wait I got to observe and it was a good eye opener. I might need to take her from you EE ?

Went in there 20 minutes before they were due to shut, on the off chance, not really expecting them to say I had time to upgrade my phone. They were so helpful, and he stayed 15 minutes late to complete the paperwork. An absolute star.

The service I received in this EE store was great. The manager Nas was so friendly and gave me a great contract and also set up the phone for me. There was a friendly vibe in store and would defo recommend going in there if your due an upgrade! Thanks guys!
