The most skilled and accurate nail salon I?ve experienced throughout my trails of nail salons. I?ve been coming here for years and they have perfected the craft. They can be a bit rough and hasty sometimes, especially when they are busy which isn?t ideal but they provide a great service with nails that last 3-4 weeks.

I?ve been coming to glamorous nails for years. Very rough with the drill, causing cuts and soreness. Lack of attentiveness and basic customer service. The lady with the tattoos is very stand offish and isn?t open to personal ideas. David is extremely rough, looks around the shop while filing cuticles leaving me with open cuts. Friends have expressed the same concern and have currently moved on to other nail shops due to the lacklustre service. The only person I want to be served by is Mimi who is a joy! When I get anyone else, I?m left disappointed and apprehensive on how my experience will end.

Glamorous nails is probably one of the best nails salons in London. They can do lovely designs. Mimi and David are very polite and I would travel over an hour just to go to this nail salon.Services: Acrylic nails

Poor experience. Walked in as needed to get gel and pedi done. They?re careless and hasty. Lots of cuts and bleeding points - overzealous with cuticle remover. Multiple finger nails and toe nails left sore. Hardly any time to soften skin in water. Mainly drill used for removal too and no soaking. Pedi guy did not do a good job: sloppy painting. Lady w tattoos who did gel nails was also below average. Overall, would not recommend.

Really unfriendly staff, weak customer service. Stylish nails but they are known to humiliate customers by hiking up the prices. I have been coming to this shop for years, they have really long waiting times sometimes up to 2 hours. Staff do not say hello when you enter the shop and often hike the prices without any explanation or warning. The owners are friendly to a select few. The last time I entered the shop they charged me £10 for a single nail replacement . They do not reward loyalty. Mimi is the only member of staff that is kind and knows how to do cool nail designs. Often when my nails are done some of the nail techs are rough and cut my hands with the files. Their nails do look good hence why I was a customer for years.Services: Nail extensions

Cannot recommend this place enough! Really know how to look after their clients and the end result is incredible! My Grandma is on crutches and they were so accommodating and helpful! Truly can?t thank them enough- made her day and she was so pleased with her nails! ??Service: Acrylic nails

Literally horrible. They did a good job with the design but one of the men was too violent and made my nails bleed. Was forced to pay by cash (cause they?re too selfish to pay tax like everyone else) which is incredibly inconvenient, had to wait 1 whole hour to be served. Don?t come unless you have great patience with time and people?. The men in here are very rude , also.

Make you wait nearly 2 hours then decide to tell you actually they cant do your nails after theyve just wasted your time and basically start shouting at you accusing you of lying about how long youve been waiting and tell you they never actually said they would do your nails just that i can wait for hours and someone might do them if they can be bothered. A joke of a salon need a lesson in customer service!!! They also use their language barrier as an excuse to backtrack on what they have said/promised to you in person or on the phone to make it seem like you misunderstood lol. Then they proceed to slag you off to other clients getting their nails done. Disgusting staff avoid !!Service: Nail extensions

I?ve been going here a few years now. The only person that I will let do my nails is David. Susie is great and so is mimi with design. But a few days ago I went here to get my nails done, upon arrival I was told David was on holidays and so was Susie. I decided to let one of the new workers, whom I?ve never seen in the shop before do my nails ? let me tell you ?.. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! This woman could not do nails at all. I only wanted an infill and she made a mess, I was left with gaps that needed infill, she messed up the shape and left the nails one sided, some was shaped like teeth, painting my nails was another disaster. Someone else had to help her paint my nails. At this point there was so many layers of gel polish. The outcome was disaster. I wasted £30 for nothing. The next day I went to a different shop to take them off ?. AVOID AVOID AVOID IF DAVID OR SUSIE isn?t THERE!!!!Service: Nail extensions

Terrible customer service! Came all the way from Sweden to do my nails here and all I could hear was the workers talking about while laughing! Felt super uncomfortable and I couldn?t even pay by card, they made me withdraw money!Don?t come here 0/5 first and last time!

My pedicure was great, done by a male. Satisfied with that , but when I went for my manicure and shellac removal, done by a different male, he shaved my nail down so much. When I left two of my nails were hurting so bad and then his base clear coat job was horrible, he didn?t even paint it on evenly, so roughly done. Would?ve preferred he didn?t at all. Lastly, didn?t even manicure me properly , so much dead skin still around my fingers, he barely did anything. Paid 20£ for the manicure, feel like I got ripped offServices: Pedicure
