Avoid this chemist! The assistant was incredibly rude, grumpy and mean. I was very polite and friendly, she told me another lady was in front, she clearly wasn?t, I didn?t challenge it, I just apologised. She then took her time and wouldn?t look up at me. I had to call direct to the pharmacist behind her to serve me (I had only a few mins left for parking) as the grumpy lady would not! Really poor and terrible service, this lady clearly hates her job and shouldn?t be in her role, though I suspect Simon?s Pharmacy are too scared to fire her. I won?t ever go there again!!

I went to collect some medication and the service was horrible the lady pharmacist/ assistant that served me was very rude and not willing to listen to what I had to say when she asked me a question, clearly seemed that she had a dislike for dealing with customers and seemed unable to perform to a high standard under pressure. I will never come back and would not recommend this pharmacy..

Using the pharmacy for the last 9 years I can only complain about the very ironic and sarcastic elderly, probably senior,lady pharmacist/assistant who very openly shows her likes and dislikes to the clients.It happened to me twice in 9 years to ask for 1 or 2 tablets of my repeated prescription as I ran out and although it was the gp who told me to ask the pharmacy to give them to me,she refused.My daughter,23, who is high functioning autistic and very polite was touching and reading some bottles in order to decide which one to buy (I was next to her)and the same lady left her post and ran to us saying rudely to stop touching them!I asked why not and her answer was "as long as you don't drop and break them...."!!!On the contrary I've noticed how smiley and kind she is when people buy items instead of collect them for free.All the other staff are very helpful, but I believe the above mentioned lady is enough to persuade someone to change pharmacy which I will do.We need peace of mind at last..

Possibly the best pharmacy in the whole world... ? I always go there to pick up dads prescriptions.. There is also a very beautiful girl working there.. I am normally very shy - but thought I would put that out there..

I used to use the other pharmacy across the road. I decided to go to Simmons because I heard they were a much better one and staff much more helpful. I have been coming here regularly over 4-5 years and I find all the staff incredibly helpful, very willing to" go that extra mile" and extreme obliging. I cannot recommend them enough.
