I will never shop in this shop again I feel ripped off not just once but twice what a joke. I was given 1 price only to have to pay a different price for the varifocal glasses sun glasses that I brought but they also forgot to give me the Ray-Ban lenses back that we're in the glasses before they were changed to varifocal... read full comment

Great customer service from Simon. He was really helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I managed to get 2 pairs of glasses all sorted in my lunch break, no hard sales tactics. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
