Bad service. I tried to change to another provider a cash ISSA. It was reyected,Apparently because they could not find my account .I went to the branch in angel to try to see what was wrong. I gave my book to the cashier to be updated which he did. So he could find my account. I wanted to speak to the manager of the branch. Someone so me. And started to say to me that the money was not invested before and it needed to be refresed.even thought I had the paper work that it was invested until 30 of july. It it got more complicated my opinion they don't know what they are doing .if they know .they have very little interest in allowing people to get their own money out. My question here is. How can banks or building societies be allowed to behave like that..??? And my problem is not finished yet. . They tried to make my sign a paper saying to invest my money for another year. Even though I did not want to invest with them.anymore. . They said.if I sign the paper .is not to invest it is to do a transfer!!!!??????. How can a legal.paper don't mean anything here in UK!!!!???

Very bad customer service on telephone banking, I spoke with (Lisa) today 22/05/23 she was asking many stupid question! she also refused to speak with her boss! as I wasn?t happy with her to continue my conversation!!!I asked her to close my bank straightaway with Co-operative?

If I could rate this bank a negative number I would ,honestly wouldn?t recommend this bank slow technology and somehow the banking app NEVER WORKS.I?ve called to discuss matters about my accounts been on hold for 20+ minutes as well as that sending and receiving money takes literal years, decades maybe even a century. No joke also you spending history is totally wrong .I?m tired of them WOULDN?T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BANK WITH THIS BANK EVEN IF I GOT PAID TOO .I will be leaving as soon as they decide to pick up their phone . Please please do not even think of banking with these people

60 minutes to get through. Thats not because you are very busy at the moment, thats because you don't have enough call handlers. If you think 60 min wait time is ever acceptable then you have no grasp or interest in customer service.

First class. No problem using an old Britannia pass book for an account which hadn't moved for two years+. Put money in, took money out. Obtained details for remote deposits.Everything fine with a smile, and great efficiency (still checked details were correct with another helpful colleague).Very fast efficient service, still fine with care and courtesy.I wish I still had a local branch, but will go here again when I'm in London.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Takes 45 minutes to get through. Staff are jobsworth and unhelpful. Branches have shut down. Total nightmare of a bank.
