I received really unhelpful service at the EE Angel branch from Gavin. He gave me incorrect information about the options available to me, and treated me disrespectfully. Please train your staff to practice kindness and find a way to surface correct information more efficiently.

I went in store today at around 4pm and approached a sales assistant who was perched up on his phone. He was the most disinterested person I have ever come across in retail. He was sarcastic and flippant towards me, passing condescending remarks. While serving me, he went over to one of his colleagues and I glanced over in their direction and he sarcastically sneered at me and said ?alright??. I have never been treated like that. I got up and left and walked next door to Vodafone where I gave them my business and was served to a high standard. This sales assistant did not wear a name badge so I am unable to name him, but if I could, I wouldn?t hesitate in doing so.

i came back after a week and explained the 14day return policy,was told that doest apply in store.!!Since then ive been comfrimed other wise !!!I also asked about insuring my new moblie..told best to do it with your bank.I feel the only opiion was to get me to change wifi..provider to BT..In which soon as gone up over £6..on mothly bill..There nice enough staff in this Angel store..they.were not rude in any obvious way..But when i tred to soeak to the manger he kept foging me off..

Although some of the staff later apologised, the service received at this store by both my wife and I was very poor. My wife needed a new SIM card as she had bought a new phone and the one in her old phone could not be used. The young man who served us seemed not to know what he was doing as he had to keep asking for advice from other members of staff. He asked who our internet provider was and when I told him it was BT, he asked me if I knew EE was now part of BT and told me that EE could provide me with a deal superior to my current one. I went for this as the overall cost was considerably less. A key factor in my decision to switch was the salesperson confirming I could keep my current BT email address. However, later, I received a call from BT, and they informed me that I could only retain my email address if I paid for the privilege of doing so. Furthermore, the salesperson had also failed to inform me that I would be given a new number for our landline. BT said they could cancel my order with EE and in view of what they told me, I agreed to this. Regarding the SIM card, the salesperson inserted the new card into my wife?s new phone and handed it back to her as if it would now work. Nothing was said about having to wait for 48 hours in order for the new card to register on the network. I was only told this after once more visiting the store, the following day. We had in fact to make two further visits and wait over a week for the SIM card to finally work.

I went there with a problem, after 24h I have the same problem.\\nThe guy who served me was so concerned about my tariff and promotions that he didn't do what I need it, now I don't have any way to call. I think instead of take any loyalty promotion I might go to another provider....not to mention that today I went in the EE in crouch end was even worse and I still didn't solve my problem.

Very frustrating experience, it's a total free for all to be seen by a member of staff. There needs to be some kind of queue system.We waited for over half an hour to be served whilst people who were arriving after us got seen. We asked for help on numerous occasions and were repeatedly told "just 5 more minutes". We were only picking up a phone and it was quick once we were served, but the whole process took around 45 minutes. Agonising.

Musa (I think that was his name, sorry if I?m a bit off!) the assistant manager was super helpful and knew exactly what to do when my SIM stopped working. Got it fixed in 5 minutes. Legend. Thank you!

Very willing to help I have learning difficulties and I'm dyslexic and a nice lady today helps me so much and a nice gentleman help me get a good deal and package they literally did everything for me and all I had to do was sign so keep up the good work you're doing brilliant especially for people like me thank you

Visited this shop twice this week for different problems -needed technical help. On both occasions excellent service to solve the issues. The team is working hard and professionally. Gavin is a star with his persistence and problem-solving skills. I would absolutely recommend this shop.

Gavin was a good lad with his service skills.. Those reps have it tough in there. I did an upgrade anytime (so no commission) from a pixel 5 to a 7 and I know there was no insentive for him to take the time out that he did but he did so regardless.Nice one ?

Zilan was extremely helpful. I'm a clueless American on vacation here in London. I came very unprepared and underestimated the difficulty in having a decent internet connection at my hotel. Zilan helped me set my phone up to work here in the UK and provided me with a great data plan for much cheaper than I'd expect. She was patient, understanding and very helpful, she's made my stay here in London significantly better and I appreciate her greatly!
