Really bad experience in this store today. The manager was telling the staff off in front of me when I came to collect items. They packed the short dated items (expiration date is within a month) and told me thats all they have?! When I asked for the exchange, he told me I can go to the shelves and check if I can find the ones which have longer expiration date myself. I asked if he can check their system which store has stocks and he said one store has too many items to manage already so no idea whatsoever??! He asked me to confirm the amount which I paid online 3 times! Is this guy a new manager as it took him ages to process the refund and while he was doing it, he served another customer on another till. He really needs to be retrained on how to serve the customer ??

we entered at 5:50 4th Dec 2022 and asked if it was open and the cashier rudely answered that everyone comes 10 minutes before it closes. we asked if we should leave and they said yes please.

Terrible customer experience at this store. I was with my small dachshund and as I entered was simply received with a ?NO DOGS? and the guy left the counter as if to literally throw me out of the store as I was already leaving. I have been to another store in angel where they allow my dog on my lap. Would be good to know how the brand position itself about being dog friendly or not. And also what kind of people represent the brand, as this this is just such a terrible customer experience

As a customer I was very disappointed and upset with the 2 staff members' attitude (middle age men) at this store today at 2pm.I'm sure they have a very unhappy and sad life that's why they are rude, unfriendly people.I went to collect x2 items I've ordered and paid online. One of the staff asked me what I was coming for, I've replied I came to collect my items and apologise because my mobile was running out of battery, so was afraid i wasn't able to show my collection code.He asked for my name and I showed him my bank card with my name. After a while he gave me a paper bag with x1 item only.From this point him and his colleague were very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly even towards another custumer that came into the store. They were doubting that I had paid for the 2 items and i showed them the email proving the order and yhe payment of x2.Final words: never been to this store, I will not go again, just chose for this collection.

Found Agnes very very helpful. She was super polite and happy to help today. I wish the other upper street branch in Islington could do the same.

As always, appalling service and limited choice. I was minding my own biz looking for raw choc powder, when one of the shop assistants came by to ask me if i needed help. I explained what I was looking for, the guy couldn't help because of the limited choice but instead of leaving me be, he started harassing me about my bag. "You've got to use our baskets." "I don't need to use a basket." "You've got to use a basket." In the end, I left without getting what I wanted and in a worse mood than when i walked in. Avoid at all costs.

The staff at this store are completely incompetent and unhelpful. Went in this afternoon. Was looking for a Holand and Barrett brand supplement that is usually in stock, and the clerk behind the desk (tall, blonde, jock type guy) - completely uninterested, shrugged his shoulders and said "no idea mate".Not even a hint of effort to leave from behind the till to check or point me towards the shelf that would have it, nor even bother to look at their inventory on the computer. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT and not bothered.Would not be returning here again, this is the second time I've had similar uninterested treatment from a member of staff (different member) which makes me think that even the most basic of training is missing.

Went to this store the other day as I entered they had shop lifters stealing all the manuka honey. Two staff members were shaken and could do nothing to stop the threatening behaviour of the shoplifters. I do not understand why they were put in that position, the manuka honey should have been behind the counter with either a couple on the shelf or empty boxes for a display. The staff were very friendly but management need to do more to protect their staff.
