Whilst in H\\u0026B served by Toliha ( a guy ), was very patient, kind and helpful. He even showed us where the collagen was when we couldn't find it. On the day we went, he gave us a reward for voucher for discount. It just made made my day.\\nThank you Toliha :)

I have been a HB customer for many years and left good reviews regarding staff and products. See my review a year ago for Brighton HB. Unfortunately today I visited the Angel branch and one of the assistants told me HB didn't have the product and try online. Felt fobbed off so asked another assistant who looked it up then confirmed they would have it back in on Wednesday.

Was just kicked out of H&B for the first time because I had a dog with me. I?ve been in many times before with my adorable little maltipoo who is very well behaved and never had an issue. I have no patience for stores with senseless ?no dog? policies. I?m sorry to say you?ve just lost a customer.

The manager (Asian man) is horrible. Rude behaviour. The staff are always welcoming but that guy is awfully rude !!

Felt quite uncomfortable. The staff kept coming and standing RIGHT next to me, practically touching me and seemed to be faffing around with the stock, but not stocking or doing anything really. They could have given me some space seeing I was reading labels and deciding what to buy. There was an older lady who clearly needed help but they pretty much avoided her and decided to (seemingly) give me all their attention. If you can, just buy online instead.

received was great service by young lady called Nina she?s the assistant manager. I appreciated having everything explained to me and developed a deeper understanding of some of the issues I'm having with my skin. Afterwards She not only gave me recommendations for products but also offered to evaluate the current products I'm using! That is above and beyond service.Excellent! Easy to communicate with and very responsive. She was prompt and professional.

Extremely aggressive, argumentative and rude store manager (Harun). Uninterested in serving nor checking for products. Haven?t shopped with H&B ever since (Feb 2021).

Extremely rude woman (Asian) looks like she was doing a favour when it was buy one get one for a penny. it's Holland and Barrett having a sale and where it's says you can't exchange or refund if you bought it from buy one get one for penny sale ? Don't know why she was getting angry and annoying with customers. I go to local Holland and Barrett and amazing staff always helpful. Avoid this shop

Twice I been there, today I decided never again. The guy was not polite, I been served with no attention, no engagement . He was stocking the products and he had to interrupt , and he was quite rude, as I am disturbing him.
