This is the second time I've used Islington Flooring company and I've been very happy on both occasions. Chris was super helpful and knowledgeable with his advice; and Danny & the install team were polite, accommodating and did a very professional and polished (pardon the pun) job.

This company recommended LRJP builders to remove and install my subfloor. They did just that and went and installed it at the wrong height after being instructed 4 times from the very outset that it had to match rest of the property floor height. How then they managed to do the exact opposite of what I?d asked I don?t know! The difference between levels was so plain for anyone (not even a floor fitter) to see. They took it up again and relaid and then started creeking badly. They then decided to walk off the job to cut their losses leaving me high and dry as they knew they?d messed up a pretty basic job. This has caused me a huge amount of stress and inconvenience. That was 3 weeks ago and I?m still no closer to having subfloor finished. Another company came to look at it and confirmed whole this has to be taken up again and done properly as LRJP had botched it. I wish they?d never started and I should have used someone else. Flooring group should not be recommending to anyone.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the shop, very straightforward process getting quote and happy to work around our timelines. Danny, the fitter, and his team were absolutely fantastic! They bent over backwards to accommodate us and the rest of the work going on in our flat and made sure we got the perfect finish. His artistic flair is evident with the creative way he tackled the few steps up to our kitchen! He and his team were happy in their work and very kind and respectful whilst in our home. I am very happy to highly recommend.

I have used The Flooring Group in Islington for over a decade and feel completely confident about recommending them to my friends. They are genuine experts in the supply and installation of carpets and hard flooring. They remove the jeopardy by measuring up for you and their showroom and guidance makes light work of considerations such as colour, finish, timing etc. The icing on the cake is the traditional style of service - rare nowadays - whereby they take all the work off your hands and then thank you for your custom. :)

We had amtico in the whole of the downstairs as well as a stair runner installed. The whole process was really smooth. The fitters were super efficient and got our downstairs done in 2 days and the stair runner done in less than a day. We got a number of quotes too, and this was by far the best value! will definitely be using you guys again for our upstairs
