Really good food! Good selection of food and drinks but i wish they added onigiri on the menu, its one of my fav foods and the only reason ill eat at different sushi places is because they have it. Also i found the ordering kind of confusing idk. Definetly pricey but its london????

Went there to grab a quick bite with my partner.The products were carefully arranged and the atmosphere was calm, which we liked.Staff were very helpful in helping my partner use her NHS Blue Light discount. Additionally, all the spices we needed were already on the table, so it's literally sit & eat.Would definitely recommend for a quick bite and quality of food.

The service at the store is very nice and staff are really friendly. When I was placing an order the, one of the staff member was helping an old lady next to me. He was very patient helpful.Thank you for your services and food.

I love itsu food but didn't even have the opportunity to taste any food at this one as they have removed the accessible tables. This means it is completely inaccessible for wheelchair users like myself. As I was not able to eat there neither were my friends so it means you have lost several customers. While I was there I was also speaking to someone who needed to use a walking stick due to a leg injury. They could not lever themselves up to the high stool and get off it without nearly falling. Therefore will never be using this itsu again.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely inaccessible for wheelchair users like myself. No tables for wheelchair users. I will never be using this itsu again.

I brought a couple of dishes from this store only to find out when I got home that one of the dishes was open, the seal had already been broken & was therefore NOT safe to eat. Due to health issue's I wasn't able to return to the store, instead sending an email to customer services regarding the issue. I got no response but managed to return to the store the next day for an exchange.When I produced the dish and my receipt to a male server at the food counter, he immediately gave me a dirty look, treated me like dirt, questioned and interrogated me, accused me of ripping the seal myself, then walked off without saying anything! I watched as he went over to a woman sitting at one of the tables. They both proceeded to stare at me in a cold manner, talking about me for a long time while I stood there waiting for them. The woman took her time to get up, slowly walked over to me while continuously staring at me. Told me she was a 'deputy', said she had read my email (but did not respond) and also accused me of ripping the seal myself! She talked to me as if I was lying and trying to pull a big scam......over a dish that costs £5.29! I am totally confused as to what type of scam she thinks I'm trying to pull here.It was obvious that I had not consumed the dish. I told her I just want to exchange it for a new one, she agreed and I left feeling upset and angry at the way I had been treated. I don't know why it was so hard and took so long to do a straightforward exchange. I shop 'regularly' at this store and have done so for many years since the store first opened. I spend a lot of money at this store every week. There's one small issue and I'm interrogated and treated like a criminal! I will not be buying from this store again, and do not recommend other's do either.

Fresh and tasty sushi, I?ll always recommend it. It can be slightly pricey but it?s filling and the quality makes it worth it.

It'd been a while since I visited last time and it's changed to a self payment system. Touch screen to pay for sushi etc and/or order hot food. I wasn't aware of it at first, but a staff member was really kind and helpful.
