Needed some emergency bank statements printing this morning for a VISA application with only 30 minutes before my appointment. Dealt with a very polite and professional gentleman that was able to accommodate me even when I was a little flustered!! Thanks.

This was terrible! No one helped me in this office. My banking app is broken. The password cannot be recovered from the phone and you need to go to the bank. At the bank, the girl simply tried to recover her password. It didn?t work out and she said she couldn?t help. and said "goodbye". The service is absolutely rubbish. In general, English banking services need to go to Russia and look at real service with a capital ?S?. In England, banks are stuck in the last century.

Did you ever hear that you can only open the account early in the morning between 9 and 11??Well you'll get that silly thing hereCause after 11 their branch manager has to go somewhere and attend the meetings ??Probably he is paid more for those meetings than staying in the branch and sorting out the matters

Online service mention it is only possible to do the operation on site in order to verify identity. This branch suggested to do online as there were no staff available that day. Stuck... Thanks to the lady at the reception for quick and easy answer though

I was served by a young woman on her 20's (Sorry I can't remeber her name) .She was so professional and so polite even tho my request wasn't easy ( I didn't even have my pshycial credit card and I couldn't remember my billing adress).She was so nice, after having several weeks of horrible costumer service it was a very good experience.Thanks a lot ?

I have no complaints about the office staff, I can praise Malgorzata, but unfortunately she does not work all days of the week. I have a big complaint about how the search for international transfers is organized. I was sent money (return from an online store) from Italy two months ago and they still have not arrived to me! I've been to this brunch 4 times already! And I have a statement that I showed with confirmation from the sender, where there is both the track number of the transfer and all the international details of the sender's bank, the date and amount, all the details, but every time they come up with what I should bring again for the search. The last time they asked Swift not just a bank, but a certain parameter with the number MT103, which neither I nor my sender can do, these are some internal numbers that are not issued to customers. And it's a dead end! I already brought the Swift of the sender's bank myself. I have not been able to receive my money for 2 months now and no one helps me figure it out and find it, although all the details are known!
