not one to complain ever but came to get mcdonald?s at 9:00 pm on sunday january 7th and the staff were rude making my girlfriend and i feel uncomfortable. we ordered at the til and ordered a mcplant meal, the woman repeated it back to us but still put through a mcsandwich meal instead. when we got our food we explained that it had obviously been put through wrong as we are vegetarian and is not what we ordered, the customer care woman in the yellow scarf with the long hair and no hairnet simply said ?no? and when we insisted it is not what we ordered gave a dirty look to her colleague right in front of our faces. the colleague then fixed the order and gave us our mcplant but overall felt very uncomfortable with the workers attitude. when we got our food is was cold, there were no napkins and the caramel hot chocolate was half full with no cream. will not be coming back here again. please ensure the customer care staff are fully trained on how to engage with customers without hostility.

Extremely busy and right next to St. Pancras International. No counter service. You place your own order on a kiosk and no cash. Card payments only!

It wouldn?t hurt to put an ashtray at your door, you guys were calling me to pick up my order and I was smoking I threw the ciggie at your door and a guy fromIslington council fined me for £80? I know I did wrong, but thinking of me and many other customers that come to your shop. ???

Most pristine Maccas I?ve ever seen! Rinkal served us upstairs and was so helpful. Never seen anything like this in Australia. Even had decent music too.

I have known McDonald's since 1987. I'm saying it, for the first time in my life I had a big Mac which is probably their best served burger! So you can say I might be really hungry or that was truly great.

This is a very good restaurant especially for the area, however when I visited half of the touch screen boards didn?t take my order at all.

Standard food, busy location.even in early morning hours. Security seems excessive, lots of them and ushering you out the building as your givenyour order.

I got a big mac with a completely dry bun. mayonnaise practically nowhere. also missing a slice of cheese. maybe you shouldn't invent something new and advise all the classics.

This must be the busiest McDonald's I have every visited.Dont Even think at ordering at counter do on line ahead of visit or on machine in the place.Staff like customers to be crushed together when awaiting collection of their food.If you sit in there is a First and second floor seating area both ok but only seem accessable by stairs.Vegetarian options: Some better than was but not greatDietary restrictions: They list ingredients so pick wiselyParking: Central London very difficult very expensiveKid-friendliness: Would not even try to take kidsWheelchair accessibility: Yes in theory but gets very busy so not sure easily accessable

Having to close for an hour or more before breakfast is inexcusable especially if they?re claiming to be 24hrs. And McDonalds it?s NOT OK to stop serving fries during breakfast. Also saver menu should be available at all times. And why the hell have you got rid of sundae?s and the chocolate donuts?? F the flurry?s. Utterly ridiculous. Please address these issues immediately.

At the beginning of this September, we were discriminated against by the staff there. We had too much luggage because we had just come from the train station, so the two of us with luggage took up three and a half people's seats, and there was one middle-aged female clerk who kept saying that we were obstructing other customers from eating and told us to go elsewhere (joke! The other half of the long table was empty at that time, but there was no customer there at all). So we dragged our bags and suitcases to a deserted service window where there was a small table and no service at all(It's in an unoccupied nook, off to the side of the ordering area.), and just after a while a clerk told us we couldn't eat there. So we put our luggages in a corner where there was no one else and it didn't bother anyone at all and continued eating. There was a closed side door, and one of our suitcases was covering the door just a little bit, then the middle-aged female clerk came back again to tell us that we couldn't eat here because we were blocking other customers from getting in. I said that the door was locked so it didn't bother anyone at all, then she took out her key and opened the door on the spot!! The point is that before she said we were holding up other customers from getting in, I witnessed two customers trying to get through the side door and the clerk kept saying "no, this door is closed" .But she is now opening the door on the spot specifically to get us to move!!! I can't think of any other motive if this isn't discrimination. Also, we wouldn't feel offened even if she said, "Your luggage is blocking the door, now we want to open the door, I can help you move your luggage". In fact, just push the suitcase by 10 centimetres or so and it would not be blocked, but because they did not allow us to continue to put it on the disused window table, so our hands were occupied by the food and were all greasy.Instead of helping us a little bit she just trying driving us elsewhere again.(our luggages were just too heavy and too much to go to another floor, we understood the first time we were asked to move, the second time we barely understood, but the third time was really uncalled for! We were in that corner completely unobtrusive to other customers and they kept finding fault with us to make us move around severl times. We had greasy hands, cumbersome luggages, and it was really a poor dining experience!)

It's 10:30am, I checkout of my hotel room, I am starving, and I want to rekindle my passion for loving McDonald's breakfasts, so I make my way to the nearest McDonald's to me (biggest mistake).I go upstairs, sit at my table, and I order my food on the app. I was feeling pretty low, so I needed some pancakes and hash browns to cheer me up. For the pancakes, I paid for extra bacon, egg, and cheese, this is important for later on.I place my order and I wait... not so long because McDonald's waiting times are non-existant for me, not bad... I was given a- a spoon and a knife? Well okay, if this is the culture of eating McDonald's pancakes here in King's Cross then I respect it.I crunch down on my two hash browns, delicious. Definitely the best thing that has ever graced the breakfast menu at McDonald's. I then move onto my pancakes... but... something is wrong, it's missing the extra bacon, egg and cheese I paid for.Irritated by this, I went back downstairs in hopes that they would correct this issue. As someone who works in busy areas and has to deal with hoards of customers hours upon end, I knew what stress the McDonald's employees were under, so I spared them from my ultimate "Karen Wraith technique".I engaged in a conversation with one of the workers, stating that I did not receive the extra food items I paid for, with a receipt to back this claim up. They took my food and I stood there, waiting, hungry, depressed, and waiting.I received my food from whom I believe was the supervisor for today's shift at McDonald's on 302/304 Pentonville Road. I go back upstairs to my table, and I'm ready to tuck into my delicious breakfast.I see bacon, good. Egg is there, awesome... but wait, where's the- OH THE MISERY, THEY FORGOT TO ADD MY CHEESE! (*dramatic orchestra sound effect*)With my social battery already being at an all time low, there was no way I could go back downstairs. So I grabbed my knife and spoon, and I ate my cheese-less pancakes while trying to fight back tears. I would say that the cutlery is weaker than my spirit right now, but I was forced to use my hands after my cutlery ceased to cooperate with me.This McDonald's breakfast experience was meant to be nothing but blissful euphoria, but I gained trauma and sorrow instead.Maybe I'll be back, and when that happens, I EXPECT TO SEE CHEESE ON MY F*CKING PANCAKES!
