The disabled/ baby change facilities were out of order. And instead of being helpful as have new born twins who require changing, the staff we rude and advised me to treck all the way to the cinema. This place has changed a lot since it first opened, unfortunately, for the worse. The staff is not particularly friendly, and the seating area was occupied by people who were allowed there to sleep. Even though there were no seats for customers, the staff wasn't doing anything to ask the sleeping person to leave.

Very slow service and drinks were not made nice, only one person making drinks which then takes more time ! I have never been to a slower pret and I use a lot of them.
