Just wanna shout out the guy with glasses who was working today around 5PM (I never got their name) for being so helpful and actually attempting to find my parcel.I usually have bad experiences with Royal Mail however after their ?attempted? delivery to my workplace this afternoon (a restaurant that is open from 11AM where there is someone definitely here to receive deliveries) I had no choice but to go collect my parcel from the Islington office.Even though it took a while to find the parcel, I appreciate his efforts and would like to say thank you for his help :)

Really rude postman "Paul" from this delivery office who likes to make a feast of being awkward to talk to and yet at the same time gets chummy with certain residents. Clearly prejudiced towards some customers for no apparent reason, has a serious personality problem.

Staff are friendly. Sometimes theres a queue and you have to wait a while. Sometimes its empty but you still have to wait a while. Give 3 stars for average rating

What's happening with the new mail carrier? Either the items aren't being delivered, or they're placed in the incorrect mailbox. He even snaps a photo of the door without showing the number, which is rather sly.

This has the wrong opening hours listed.Went down and it was closed. I've taken a photo of the new opening hours that they've got displayed in the window. Hopefully people find this helpful.Posties, you've got the wrong opening time on Google! Might need to update.

Twice i attempted but wrongly piblished online opening hours made it impossible to pick up a parcel check before going there !

I highly recommend Royal Mail in Islington. The staff is very patient and friendly. I got to deal with the nicest person in the world there today.Well done for making the visit such a great experience!

I'm not sure why there have been so many negative reviews about this place as I've never had a bad experience here, and the staff are always helpful. The place itself is a bit grim which is why I've given four, instead of five stars, but that's more of a problem for the staff that are there all day, rather than me.

Not delivered Christmas present before Xmas.. I was home all day on the 22nd, says it was attempted to be delivered but no buzzer rang.. then redirected delivery the following week, app shows pending, automated bot phone, no help at all. Had to physically go to the depo and the guy is clueless, said it went out today (it didn?t , I was also home all day). I complained and then he magically found out. This place is a joke, paid £7 for domestic postage for this envelope which could have been put in my mailbox!

2 staff members sat behind counter with doors locked refusing service stating its Bank Holiday & were shut even though website & sign on door says open for business & there's 2 members of staff sat behind counter watching YouTube, terrible service awful staff all around terrible service

TLS wrote the wrong delivery address on the envelope ? and my passport would have been returned but for the kind folks at the DO who took down my details and traced the mail and called me back and handed over my passport to me (and this was outside their normal working hours). Even when they are short-staffed and under-resourced they went out of their way to help me for something that was clearly NOT their mistake while TLS, a 'private' company is yet to call me back even though I had called them three times to complain. Thanks Royal Mail and Islington DO for all your help. Shame on TLS for mishandling a sensitive document with this level of recklessness.
