Not enough staff for the amount of people who need help, so customers get frustrated waiting, the staff get stressed, and the whole experience is unpleasant.

Went to Islington branch today. While I was still in the queue Tyson approached me to ask if he could help. He then sorted out my query and gave me excellent advice. A credit to Santander. Thanks alot Tyson.

The worst client service I ever had at Santander bank (which is a great bank) but the branch manager who don?t know you, don?t ask for your account number, denying a letter to attest that you have an open account.It has been a very, very bad trip today going to My bank where the star isn?t the client, the manager is.

Useless. This place is never open unless you are available at the crack of dawn. They changed their online opening hours on the same very day meaning I arrived dead on the new closing time for a gentleman at the door to have the most awkward way of telling me they are closed. I had to ask him what he was saying 3 times, at first I thought he was saying come in. Considering it?s now the queens funeral I am going to be late depositing money. Also meant I was stuck carrying around a grand in cash. Had this certain bank used any form of communication and perseverance this wouldn?t have happened. If you know you close early. Don?t wait until the same day to change the opening hours. Maybe get a closed sign on the door too as it?s apparently too difficult to shake your head and say ?closed?

Abysmal, always queues, and now they've reduced the hours further.No customer service for regular or private banking customers.They make you post your foreign cheques to a PO box with no way of tracking, causing massive anxiety for customers who have large value sums waiting to be processed without any information if it had been received for weeks, as post office special delivery cannot be completed due to Bank policy of accepting cheques.Hopeless and not getting any better

I needed £50 paper money for the holiday, first the cashier said there is just £20, then I said i am a good customer of Santander then at least last minute Azizul helped me. Thank you very much Azizul who is working with angel santander?????
