Very nice staff members with a nice optometrist here. The waiting area with a drinking water facility is nice. It could get quite busy and might have to wait a bit to be served.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my new glasses from the vision express based in Angel. Dr Noojaha was very detailed and thorough and really helped me understand the biology of my own eye, and mechanics of my own glasses. Sufyan was also very helpful, he was extremely patient and made sure I was satisfied with the glasses of my choice.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I had my appointment with Noorjahan who was patient and explained all the procedures she was carrying out. Afterwards she took to time to go through the results and their implications and also provide advice on when to come in next.

My second experience with Vision Express. First one was 2015 Camden Town and evrything from start to finish was excellent. Unfortunately my second experience Vision Express Angel Islington was different. Eye test and oredring new frame and ultra thin light glasses did not went all smoothly . Communication to collect ready glasses was not professional and not followed up fully . Collecting my glasses I reconised my glasses are very heavy and something is wrong . I went back and different customer service persons told me different reasons. Finally I feeled I can not trust them more and return my glasses and got my full paid money back . I wasted really my time . Reason was , lack of professional communication , lack of customer care and lack of professional knowledge.I hope Vision Express generally do not have those issues everywhere.Thank you .

The optometrists at the branch are good, however have had to reschedule appointments a number of times at this branch due to them not being able to see me on time. One suggestion for improvement would be to immediately tell the customer they are running late and by how long, as you tend to be seen 20-30 minutes later than when you were booked in.

Very disappointed with my experience here.Tried to return glasses a week ago and was told that the manager wasn?t in the office so I?d have to wait for a phone call whereby he could confirm the reason for my return.They took the glasses, and did not call me on the Monday (when I was told he would).Since then, they have not returned my 3 calls, and I have not received a refund. Will be making a complaint to head office if my refund isn?t processed soon.In response to the message sent from Vision Express, the manager is well aware of my contact information (I?ve been told on 3 occasions that my ?file and contact number? is on his desk). Please have him call me asap. I am not interested in submitting a form - I want my refund.

What a lovely experience! I am from the other UK (Canada) and my biggest fear happened, my glasses broke.The lovely young man fixed them, cleaned them and sent me on my happy way!Thank you Vision Express!

Just cancelled my Direct Debit because they never answer their phone. I tried calling because they?ve switched my contact lenses from Acuvue (which I?ve been happy with for years) to some cheap brand (yet charging me the same price) and they?re AWFUL. They dry out extremely quickly and are difficult to remove. I just spent 20 minutes trying to remove one and will probably damage my eyes doing this repeatedly.Because I cannot speak to anyone about it I?m just cancelling and going elsewhere. Awful service all-round (not just recently) from this store. Consistently rude front of house staff (though the opticians themselves are always friendly).You lost a customer today.

I visited Vision Express for the second time today, and had wonderful experiences for both visits. Thanks for elaborating on the contact lens subscription, and for fixing my glasses despite the challenge. Look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend! :)

Best experience I have had with an Optician.Made more pleasurable by the Very nice,kind d and mindful staff at the Angel Islington branch I visited.Was very clear to me staff were very experienced and the Optimoligist who did my test was very though and very kind.All round great experience and the shop was spotlessly clean.Thanks to all the staff first class experience.

I had the worst experience when I have visited vision express in Angel. I had to choose a frame and needed staff member to answer my questions including the weight and prices.Surpringly, Customer service lady told that I only have 5 minutes of customer service and left as I was taking time to decide.I heard from other people that Vision Express will treat you less favourite if they know you are eligible free NHS eye test. This is a descrimination practice that needs to be exposed by leaving comments and rating them on Google.Majority of the staff in Angel are a single commumity this again raises a question about the fairness of their recruitment practices.
