The staff in this shop are extremely rude and abrupt, they have a huge attitude problem. Always on the mobile phones with feet up on the desk and eating on the shop floor, disgusting. Don?t visit this shop, even for the most basic stuff. I ordered a new phone and SIM card to collect from the store. They scanned wrong SIM card and I cannot used my phone. Went back to the store and after an hour of investigation, they said it will take 3 business days to fix the problem and I should go back to the store and wait again?.

What a thoroughly miserable experience. I had to get a replacement SIM put into an old phone. This didn?t activate so two hours later I returned to the shop. The unsmiling manager went to take the SIM out and said the phone tray was broken. I have received a very carefully worded text explaining that I have apparently dropped the phone which is why there is a problem now with the tray.I would have liked to have left no stars. Could this manager be any worse?

I bought a SIM card online a few days ago. Somehow I only got 3G instead of 4G.when I came to this store. Ryan spent a lot of time on helping me. He knew I was new to this country and i used another number for some time. He showed me how to get PAC code so I can keep the same number. This saved me a lot time. He was so knowledgeable and he provided solutions for me.What he did made me feel so warm. I cannnot thank him enough. I have a great customer service in this store

I bought a prepaid sim here for much cheaper than the airport. Service was slightly slow as there were more customers than staff, but other than that everything was perfect

The staff was helpful although it took a long time but not his fault no air conditioner or fan apparently broke for 2 days place was so hot was unbearable shame on Vodafone for leaving staff in that condition for 2 days

I actually came to the store to see if I could get another sim only deal as you literally can?t get through to anyone on the phone with Vodafone. Luckily I was seen to quickly by a great guy ( Sule) who was extremely attentive and informative. He asked me what I specifically needed the phone for and went through a few packages. I was actually surprised at the level of care taken. He gave some great advice and even liaised with another great person in the store (Isma) who helped me pick the right deal . This store is my local and in the past I haven?t had the best experience. But I think with the recent staff changes & a great manager Paul - this store will surely thrive again. Tbh I am glad they didn?t pick up the phone at Vodafone - as I got to go to a store who actually care about their customers . Vodafone take note and look after these great staff members who do an amazing job to keep your reputation high. A special thank you to Sule, Isma & Paul- thank you for going above and beyond to make sure I get the right phone & talktime deal. Look forward to coming in this week to pick up my new phone.This store is the epitome of what a Vodafone store should be ??
