(Mostly) lovely customers, (some of) the worst people I've ever had the misfortune to work with. Shop elsewhere if you can. Oxfam Books & Music Islington or Upper Street Bookshop just down the road are much better alternatives.

You know what you get! I go every week to check out the new releases and find some classics which are harder to procure. Then go straight to a second hand or charity shop and find a perfect copy of a new release which pays a charitable contribution.
