We were at St Pancras Yo Sushi. All 3 of us ordered the Seafood Ramen. Its the worst tasting ramen and salty beyond edible. All 3 of us gave up eating. We asked the Muslim staff for hot water so we could dilute the soup as it was HORRIBLY SALTY ! I wanted a refund but my husband said to pay for meal and just remember not to come back. 3 bowls ramen, 1 coke and two plates of sushi was £60.10 !! I didnt mind the price but if its trash it does feel like we ve thrown good money into the toilet bowl !

Wow how the mighty have fallen? What a disaster! I used to love Yo Sushi, it was such a treat and such great food. This is one of the worst experiences I've had. Staff couldn't have been less interested ignoring us and incredibly slow. Food was disgusting, dry tastless and unpleasant. I'm really sorry to say it but I won't be visiting Yo Suhsi again and I certainly will never come anywhere near this branch again. What a mess.

Aurora at front of house made my experience a very happy and memorable one. Her service, attention to detail and kindness made the food taste even better and definitely helped with the digestion - excellent kitchen staff and quality

Incredible service. Usha was great and helped me tremendously with sizes and suggestions. She knew I only had 20 mins before my train left- so she was running around grabbing me clothes.Very friendly staff! 5 stars for everyone.

Really not the experience we used to get from YO Sushi, staff didn?t seem interested, very strange way of ordering couldn?t even get a signal to do the ordering had to pay for conveyer belt plates separate,no water anymore at tables or any wasabi, when food did arrive portions were very small. I used to love the Yo experience but I?m sorry to say they have gone so far down hill I won?t be visiting anymore

Ordered some trousers online to collect here. They hadn't arrived when I passed through on my way home. I asked them to return them when they arrived because I wouldn't be through for a while. Two months later and despite multiple emails to Whistles, no return and no refund. Terrible place: do not shop here, they happily take your money for nothing!

The Lorna wool coat I bought for £300 in October was pilling within 4 months. Even though I don't wear it more than 1-2 days a week. It's a disappointment to get such low quality product at this price.

Staff did interested, teriyaki chicken so hard I couldn?t eat it, meagre filling in rolls and £20 lighter!! Appalling, I will never eat there again, don?t waste your money.

I had often had nice meals here, buit not this time. At 7 pm there was no chef. We were told she had left at 6pm. The carousel was desultory to say the least. This is not the Yo Sushi I had come to enjoy. Also slightly disconcerting to have to pay each time you order a beer or a dish from the kitchen rather than the carousel. On the plus side the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I will not go there again.

We?ve eaten at Yo Sushi on many occaisons including this one several times before. Looks like the chain have had the cost cutting consultants in. About a 1/3rd of the menu was out of stock & you could only buy off the app. They?ve got rid of water on tap / ginger /soy at the table - you have to ask for it. New staff who didn?t seem to be on the ball with slow service. On a future occaison I?ll would choose another of the other japanese (sushi on jones) / korean (Yori) or chinatown places that are all nearby.

I felt I needed to leave a poor review today, I'll keep it short. Prices have gone up and portions have gone down! The uramaki is now 3 portions per serving and is cut so thin that its impossible to pick up with chopsticks without faking apart! The Maki diameter is so small and so on....it was lunchtime and not many people were in, maybe there's a reason for that! I'll not be eating there in a hurry, which is sad because I love sushi!

Went without much expectations. Previous times were more to amuse kids with the food belt. Haven?t been since Covid. The help yourself water and condiment disappeared. Fair enough. Contamination risk was high, although no one stops you from touching a plate and replacing it back? Ordered food off the belt and took some in the belt. Every time a new payment. Quality was well below par and service was terrible. Hygiene also below par. Table was not cleaned, dozens of edamame beams under the table that no one swept. Servos was also slow. Had to hurry for the bill (BTW, this was the Yo Sushi at Heathrow T2 - you?re not there for pleasure really and time is limited). Last time ever in a Yo Sushi. Wish you all the worst. You deserve to go under and employees to lose their job. No sympathy

i ordered a size large katsu curry but was given a size small. lost four quid because of this. not happy at all. didn?t realise until it was too late.
