So unhelpful! the only good and efficient person was the lady at the counter (Friday 17/11 at 11:50am). She was great, did what I asked her, helped me check details, etc. But that is when you can get to her. There was no one queuing and she was not with any customer, but I still had to be distracted and re-directed so I could be put on a line (digital, because when I arrived there was no one physically waiting or present at the branch)/ I ended up losing my time - precious lunch break - and not being able to have access to my account or change any data other than online, when I already told 3 people I could not access my account online. I would take my business away as soon as I could.

Booked an appointment over the phone because their online ID check couldn't verify me. Waited over an hour even with an appointment.Move the document uploads online, not everyone has spare hours to wait around during the day.

What can you reasonably say about a bank that had an overhaul of its facilities and then chose only to open 0930 - 1500 during the week. You can neither go before or after work. At least it's accessible for the unemployed and those who watch Loose Women.

Terribly rude staff - Cash machine took my money (£120) and they just shut the door in my face as they where shutting the branch. Mr Luigi jus (from what was on his name tag) didnt try and sympathise or re-assure me that my money would get returned to me they just told me to return tomorrow. He didnt want to even share his name with me when I asked but luckily I saw the name tag. I dont expect this "customer service" (or lack of it) from a well known bank like this and one I have banked with for over 15 years.

I have visited the branch on 07.09.2023, early morning hours. I will never go there again. Some of the staff is rude and not professional at all. How, a customer service person, can argue with a customer? I was in the queue and when asked what services I would like to use, I politely stated, that my son and I, wish to use counter services, because my teenage son, wants to make a deposit at the counter, and gave a valid reason why he wants to use it. The Barclays lady, started arguing with me, why we should go and use the self service at the machine. So it looks like, my son and I as customers, we have got nothing to say. The same lady, was not so keen on dealing with a mentally disturbed customer, who's threatening behaviour was a disturbance for the rest of the customers in the queue, including us. She was not reacting to the fact, that the man was trying to jump ahead of the queue and other elderly customers were not happy about it. She just decided to have a go at me, for whatever reason. Where is their security? Where was the senior staff member to resolve the situation, because that man was shouting out loud, phrases about "someone dying, having a knife and dirty needles". That was not their concern. Shame on you, Barclays !!!

Need to state on website that Clapham Junction is digital branch and you cannot get paper statements from counters or machines.

Do not go in hoping that you will get a stamped bank statement. They don?t have a printer. Putney can do it. Pitiful that a bank branch can?t perform its basic duty.

Absolutely the worst bank in the UK. I was trying to open a bank account in Branch, because the customer service told me over the phone that I couldn?t do it online and need to go to a branch. The branch simply told me I need to have an appointment and when I asked if I can do an appointment in the branch, Karen refused.

If i could give them 0 stars I wouldFirst thing first lots of people working there but for some reason they are very extremely slowI had an issue with my current account and was seen by personal banker after waiting for over an hour ,and as it turns out the guy was utterly useless and couldn?t even answer a lot of questions that i had about my problemAnd the branch manager wasn?t even better because even he couldn?t answer to why my issues happened And I would say borderline rude as wellI?m thinking of closing my account and going to a going to a different bank at this pointAnd if you got any problems with your account this branch is definitely last place you should go for helpOr even better go to another bank forget about Barclay bank they don?t deserve your business
