The smell in the cafe yesterday was putrid, we planned to have a couple of drinks and cake but after 5 minutes left to find somewhere else.

I have been at this place on 21/02/2023 at 5.50pm We we?re 4 friends went in for a coffee the lady that served us was Eastern Europe( polish). She served us a coffee and said we close in 10mins we got the coffee and said to her just using the toilet and she apparently locked me on the toilets and called the police that some guy doesn?t want to leave, and I didn?t event stayed for a minute, everyone most e void this place as it?s very rude and rubbish costumer ServisI am not sure how she can still work there, get rude off her,

Regularly get my coffee here, I order ahead with the app and the coffee is often ready when I arrive which is fantastic service. Of the different mainstream coffee chains I think that Nero tastes the best, reasonably priced as well

A large chain with over 1000 cafes, all in Europe with the majority in the UK. They have a good range of sandwiches ? and pastries ?. I like their bacon ciabatta ? for breakfast. Soup, pasta and fruit salad are other items definitely worth purchasing.

The staff are normally very friendly however as long as you don't ask for the air conditioning to be turned down !!you get spoken too as if you're mad!!! As if you request is completely outrageous!!This isn't Spain or Turkey,I can understand when we get hot days in London for the conditioning to be on, but not when it's 22 degrees outside!I've got to bring my own jacket only to wear it inside cafe Nero because it feels like a fridges!I am told company policy to have the air conditioning on ! And so far I'm the only one complaining about it!!Instead of acknowledge it's a bit cold and kindly turn it down for a bit.What happened to customer always right???I am paying I might not?Plus my request isn't a big one. Just turned the air-con for a bit.I'm thinking sorry global warming is already here with us please do your part and save some energy or more accurate dont waist unnecessary energy...Thank you

I had such a good delivery experience from this Caffè Nero! In my delivery notes I asked if it would be okay to have hot milk added to the white Americano I'd ordered, so as to keep it warmer for longer. When my order arrived with the receipt stapled to the outside of the bag, one of the baristas had written "done! :)" next to my delivery note. That made me smile - and even more so when I opened the bag to discover a brand new loyalty card, stamped for my order, inside. Whichever kind member(s) of staff was on shift that morning I will never know, but I'm so grateful for their thoughtful gesture. I hadn't been having the best day at all but that little act of customer care changed my whole mood! So thanks a million, team at Lavender Hill.

I though i will start my day with a lovely coffee from Nero nah, the worst ice cappuccino i tried , look darling if you don't know how to make ice cappuccino they are some youtube videos that may help you , Ice cappuccino without ICE just blended with the milk LOL in 4 min the coffee it was hot because she mixed with hot coffee and without ice cubes obviously it will be hot in a few minutes
