We were being served by Aysha, who from the get go was rude, unprofessional (talking about her dating life 2 minutes into the appointment) and incompetent. After over an hour and a half of trying to sort out our details on the EE system, she told us to come back the next day as it would take a day for it to change on the system. However, we went back a few days later and nothing has been changed on the system and have to go through the entire process again. Aysha was incredibly rude, wasn?t listening to our details properly and continuously typing them in wrong, and then taking deep sighs at every question we had. Very Poor service and we definitely will not be returning.

Came in on Saturday to query about upgrading my phone, ended up doing so! Was assisted by a very helpful guy by the name of Mick, he was absolutely fantastic! My sister came & met me in the shop & he ended up sorting out her upgrade too! Looking forward to getting our new phones in the next few days!

THE WORST network & EE store in the UK.I have been going there every day to cancel my sim only contract, but they don't do it, and they say only manager can do it and when I ask when manager gonna show up they just say he's in meeting. Every single day, he is in a meeting!!!! They just lies and I wouldn't recommend going to their store at all !!! More importantly, I have ZERO Internet connection, and they couldn't care less about it.Sp, I'd highly recommend you choose another network.

Fantastic experience with Bazal. He was really helpful. During the visit I had to take a call from customer services to verify me as a customer. During the call the lady told me that she could get me a better deal than I could get with Bazal at the store. I declined and said I would prefer to deal with Bazal.I dont think this is professional or good for your brand.Bazal's customer service was excellent and I would rather pay that little bit extra for the serviceNot impressed at EE customer service trying to take the business from the store.

Their two salespeople sold me a joint package with EE/BT that essentially didn?t exist. Once the sale was made there was no control mechanism in place for accountability on EE?s side when an inadequate product arrived.Thankfully we didn?t cancel our previous provider or we would have been stranded without internet.

Hinge came off my Samsung Z Flip 4 after 6 months, when opening my phone. EE tried to claim this would cost me £330 upfront as this has 'never happened before'. The salesman then tried to get me to buy insurance before trying to sell me the Oppo flip phone as contradictory to what they said earlier - 'this type of thing happens to Samsungs all the time'. Sent this off to Samsung who fixed this free of charge within a week in an all round great service. Buy direct from the phone supplier if you can.

Abdul was so polite friendly and helpful and solved issues no one else had managed to do, out of several EE stores and multiple hours wasted on phone calls and he?d sorted everything in under 40mins! Definitely know where I?ll be going from now on!!!

Staff is friendly. If you are looking for parking options, I would recommend the Stop Shop parking which is 2 mins walk from the shop and cheap.

I've been a customer for years, and today at this brunch, I received the best customer service- Abdul is a real, down to earth guy to help you with any issues. He's literally there for you, wise, good mannered, the gentleman. Also, there's this Muslim girl-sorry, forgot her name, very nice and warm, and the guy from Macedonia. It is really pleasant when you got staff ready to help you out. Thank you guys.

They sold me BT broadband fibre, BT came and installed hub, however they said there is some issue and another engineer needs to come and check it. After a month without internet, another engineer came and said that we will not have internet, because there is no fibre cables on our street!EE should never be able to sell a product that does not exists!Do not trust in whatever they say in the shop, they will say anything just to sell things.
