This is a large M&S in the heart of Clapham Junction that has benefitted from a beautiful contemporary refit. As ever, the quality is there.

The staff are really rude in this shop. You cannot approach the staff as they are surly and obnoxious. I always thought m&s were known for their customer service but not in this branch. Definitely needs new management
