Really good branch with competent staff. They were very patient and listened to my needs, reason why the process was very fast. Their locations are very comfortable and friendly and they will deliver nothing less than the best from expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication. If only every other business were to conduct the same level of customer service, the world would be a much friendlier one.Thank you very much for this experience!

I?m not happy with one of the staff members there .. I took cash with Sealed and signed plastic back that cash money come from casino as all the casino doesAnd the staff said she need the receipt and I said the plastic bag with seal that the receipt!!! And she said one word she can?t except just that need the receipt ok fine ? then I need to go back to the casino and they said that the bag sealed and signed from camera that the receipt the staff member should knows? and a man in casino told me to try different bank and I went there everything ok I can put the money into my account? just annoying and Wasting my time, employees should be trained and know the exact information to help customers properly. It took me 3 hours to process it. Who is responsible??? Just one employee who doesn't know the information... don?t know how to work makeKitti / Sawasdeethaispa

We've been trying to change names on a community account since August (4 months ago). The level of bureaucracy is abysmal. We found an employee (Anthony) that is helping us. All other employees, including branch manager have been useless. How difficult is to swap names on an account. We got stuck with Metrobank asking us to deal with a third party (Equifax) and we are running in circle and this issue doesn't seem to have an end. I wouldn't never recommend MetroBank to anybody. The lever of customer service is the worst I have encounter in my life.

I?ve been this morning to change my card bank and they keeping me waiting long and the card it?s ready last then 3 minutes even not busy . Even I deal with the same guy I think he is the manager very bad customer service ?

I had a very good experience at this branch. I was greeted on arrival by staff member called Behan. He answered all my questions regarding my newly opened account and helped me with few of my queries. What I liked - enthusiasm, desire to help, professionalism, speediness. I needed further help and was referred to Alex who also was very helpful. Behan went above and beyond in customer services. Thank you for that!

Worst bank ever I do not recommend, they literally have no idea of what they are doing.They literally made me open an account and then called me again in the store to close the account.i mean they are totally useless I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
